“I went to this store to get a new screen protector. Since I have Prepaid account, I have to pay for each screen protector. Even I was talking with the guy, he looked around and couldn't find one. THEN he did something UNUSUAL!! He called a couple of other stores until he found one and told me how to get there!! HIGH KUDOS to T-Mobile for that and the store on US 31.. Go there with any cell phone upgrades.”

“My family and I were looking to switch phone providers. After being with Sprint for years, merging with T-Mobile, we’ve been having lots of issues getting coverage out in the country. After doing some research and talking with friends and family, we decided to make the switch to Verizon. We showed up and were helped by Korey Givens. He was amazing! He did an excellent job at explaining every plan, how good the coverage is, the benefits of switching, and the features of each phone. The patience he has is really incredible too! After the 2 1/2 hour process of switching providers and getting new phones, he even made an effort to give us his card to text and call for any issues. He really is an excellent and efficient employee and I hope he gets the appreciation he deserves from the company.”
“I took my mother into the to get help with her phone she has been there a couple days before when we walked in my mother told the lady my phone is messed up again she ( Becky). Looked at my 83 year old mother and said I told you Monday what to do if it done that again.i told Becky my mother is 83 year old she can't remember that she had the nerve to say then she won't have a working phone I'm so my ad and upset I'm so glad my mother's hearing is bad so mom don't hear what Becky was saying .. “This team is really helpful. I wrecked my phone on my way to catch a flight to Indy from Denver and it ruined my day. Zion was really helpful when I wanted a Pixel phone but had no means to find out what store I could find one at. I had to wait for a ride and felt very welcomed. Got internet and tv but ended up canceling the tv service the next day because it was crazy slow and don't like the guide. Went back to YouTube tv but kept xfinity internet. Give the guy a raise, he's great on customer service! Downright good human too, he was feeding the homeless on Christmas day.”

“Our address had the AES power company come and install a new power/ telephone pole. The old one was removed. Also, all the utilities moved to new pole. Comcast technician was a professional and on time at 8am sharp. He completed the job in 30 minutes and was very kind. Just a pro that every company needs.”
