I remember casually visiting Inspirations Contemporary Furniture a few years ago and sitting in the most comfortable recliner I’d ever experienced. While not in the market to buy at that time, I clearly recall the owner’s patience, pride, and attention to detail when explaining the features, advantages…and disadvantages…between several of the Stressless recliner models. Fast forward to the present, and in search of the best recliner to address back pain, my wife and I visited Inspirations on a late Sunday afternoon following online research of many models. Upon entering the store, I was elated to be greeted by the same owner, whose patience in answering questions, enthusiasm for and endorsement of the Stressless products, explanations of the advantages and disadvantages between the models in relationship to our needs to identify the best product(s) from all the offerings, was appreciated. After we decided on a model, he pointed out one on the showroom floor that had been exchanged by a previous owner. It was in great condition, but we weren’t sure if it would match our existing furniture in the room which it was intended. We took home a few leather swatches in different color offerings. The day after our visit, we determined none of the colors were ideal, and called the store to inquire about the floor piece. The owner offered to change out the Signature base to colors that were ideal for our needs, and within two hours of the call, he made the modifications, delivered the chair and ottoman to our house, set it up (all on his day off) and allowed us to trial it for a few days without a deposit, with the offer to buy at a great discount below price of a new chair and ottoman. After testing it out for a couple of days we gladly made the purchase and are extremely satisfied. Our experience echoes the sentiments of the previous reviews. I would not hesitate to recommend the Stressless products sold and exceptional service provided by the owner of Inspirations Contemporary Furniture.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! The service is far beyond what I have seen anywhere in a long time. We were in search of a specific model chair manufactured by Stressless. We had already visited 2 dealers who had some of the models, but not the one we wanted to test. Then we drove an hour to Inspirations Contemporary Furniture. We were immediately welcomed into the store and assisted. His knowledge of the Stressless product line really helped us understand the chair we were considering. He suggested we take a chair home to demo for a few days with no deposit. We were stunned. We tried the chair over the weekend and checked out the color samples against the spot where we wanted to place it. When I returned the chair and placed the order, I inquired about delivery. He offered to deliver it himself soon after it arrived. True to his word, he arrived right in the timeframe we expected and unloaded our chairs. He reviewed a couple of features and the cleaning/card. I am thrilled to give our business to this customer-focused store!

I purchased a recliner from Inspirations about 12 years ago, I got excellent service from the owners. After years of wear and tear I spoke to the owner about it and he came o my house and personally took the chair apart and replaced the foam for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them for an excellent product and exceptional customer service.

This store has a beautiful selection of furniture and offers several unique pieces. The owner is fun, friendly and passionate about furniture and his store! We have bought several pieces from here, and the owner personally delivers and sets up the furniture. He prepares and packs each piece with care, and he pays great attention to detail. We will shop here for all of our furniture! Highly recommend!

So I literally found out about this business from an email inquiry I sent to Copeland furniture. If you're not familiar, they are an American, family owned furniture company in Vermont. I found a couple of items that I liked and wanted to get color samples. The response I received was that they were indeed available and if I wanted to see them in person locally I could come to this store. The owner, Khoa was copied on the email and also responded to me with a warm greeting. I went to the store in person, it's a small storefront in furniture row near Castleton Mall and across the street from Floor & Decor. Khoa was very friendly and helpful! He gave me several finish samples to look at, and told me more about Copeland furniture, as well as another company that he partners with called Skovby in Denmark. They both specialize in more of a modern/Scandi style furniture, which was exactly what I was looking for. We also discussed the availability of certain wood species and the ordering process. I was very impressed with this small store and the owner's professionalism/knowledge. I'll update this review once I order my pieces.

I highly recommend Khao and his business. He sells beautiful high quality furniture and carries the Stressless line of furniture which we have been looking at for awhile. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products we inquired about. My husband and I were treated very respectfully compared to another furniture store located down the road from his. We will continue to recommend Inspirations Contemporary Furniture store to anyone wanting great customer service.
