Danny was friendly, conversable, and welcoming. I was easily able to schedule a test drive a Toyota Sienna Friday March 1st.
The main issue I had with my experience was the lack of communication and follow up. Danny mentioned he would inspect some issues I had concerns with and follow up Monday. I did not hear back. I waited until a few weeks later to see if he would reach out and finally came back into contact with him. He mentioned he would change the front tires "tomorrow", but the next day this was not done. Even after coming back a week later the tires were not changed as he said he would.
Nevertheless, the value was in the vehicle for me and Danny was able to help us out with our concerns. He was able to complete the paperwork and buying process quickly and smoothly once we settled for a decision.
I would recommend InOut Autos if you find a good vehicle you are interested in and want a more personal small dealership experience. Just be proactive to follow up on your end with testing, questions, and gauging your expectations.

Bought a 2010 Jeep Commander from the dealer. Was incredibly friendly and helpful over the phone as I bought it without being able to travel to the dealer. When the car was delivered I had it checked out by a local mechanic as it had the check engine light on and get them to go through it in detail to see what was wrong that needed to be fixed. Their report was that the car is unroadworthy and was not worth putting any money into it to put it right as the cost would continue to increase. Major issues with the front suspension, the gas tank brackets almost rotted through and the tank about to fall off, gaiters leaking, the list goes on.
Have tried to contact the dealer for a conversation but they ignore messages and calls. I recommend staying away from a dealer that clearly thinks it is ok to sell cars that are a hazard and could cause serious problems on the road. Glad I got the issues identified before I drove my kids in it. STAY AWAY!

I bought a 1 owner Corolla XRS from these guys and had a great experience. I knew the car was going to be a little beat up since where it came from but that didn't bother me. When I got down there from my home in Minnesota I was pleasantly surprised on the car. I didn't realize until I got home with the car that it had all new brakes on all 4 corners on top of the other new parts they put in. I have already got some light wet sanding done and buffed the car to make it look almost just as good as new.

Honest, helpful,went above and beyond to help me get approved. I have pretty bad credit right now. 535 score. But in the end he got it done! Walked out with an amazing car I never thought I'd actually get. And even was able to get me $220 a month payment. Couldn't have done it with out you Danny!
