Reached out online and received an answer by email promptly with a clear quote on how much it would cost to have my taxes prepared this year. Shawron was very professional, efficient, and prompt in responding. I brought my documents to the office and she had things ready to be filed by the end of the day. Much simpler than trying to figure things out on my own with an online tax assisting program! Highly recommend her services!

I have been filing with Indy's Tax Prep and Check for 5 years and I am glad I found this place. Shawron and her Mom are thee absolute sweetest!!!!! Have any doubts come check them out and u won't be disappointed ?

I filled with Indy tax this year (Case# 16310). Still I have not received any refund from IRS, nor even the refund status is showing in the IRS website. When I call Indy Tax it seems they are not very enthusiastic to respond to me as I already paid and they are suggesting that I should call IRS and find out myself. Even I called IRS, they could not locate my return. It's really disappointing. I have been a customer with India for last 6 years. Now I have to look for alternatives. Really unhappy with the post customer service. They are not responsive once you pay them. Do not recommend the service.

They were nice enough when we were paying them to do our taxes. But when we came back a couple weeks later (we thought there was an issue with the return) they were rude and short with us. I could barely get half my question out before they “answered†it. I tried to explain why I felt this was an extenuating circumstance but they just kept cutting me off. Sorry, I guess since you enter in the information into the boxes you're better? Christ.

I love this place! Been going through them for 4 yrs now and will not go anywhere else! They are all so friendly! Never have I ever went in and someone have an attitude! They treat you just like family! I love them all but Shawron is my fav....thank you all for being amazing!!
