I live at the reveal on Cumberland apartments and they towed my brand new car because a dealership is not open on Sundays for me to get my permit out of the car I traded in. Do not use this crooked money hungry place

They towed my car from my place with an apartment registration sticker. However, it’s a vehicle that’s been out here 2-3 with their sticker on it & they still haven’t picked it up.

My car has been towed twice this month from my apartment complex the first time on apr 17th and apr 29th they are predators and liars I had my permit visible to see and then they tried to tell me my permit wasnt the right permit to park where I was parked ( in my carport spot that I've been paying for for three years since I've lived here) I am reporting them to the BBB as well as the apartment complex too I feel like they are working together to target people

Fat black lady with glasses is disrespectful. It’s 10:48pm so I assume she works evening or night shift. She was rude for no reason at all and treated me as if I was a criminal. She will need to be careful how she talks to ppl not everyone is having a great day.
