I really wish I could give this less than a star. I stopped in had passed it several times. We were moving and decided we needed a small trailer for one item and needed that day. I called and got the answering machine for all locations so I left a message 2 hours later we decided just to drive by. I stopped in one side there was one lady working. I later found out this lady's name was Kelly but she was too busy dealing with a contractor she didn't bother to have the people skills or professionalism to stop and say hey sir I'll be with you in just a minute let me finish this gentleman up or anything else. I stood there for quite a while she never even acknowledged me completely ignored me. The friendliest person in the office was a very large Labrador which I thought was head the best professionalism it should have been made the manager. My wife and I went outside and there was a very tall young man who worked there. I told him I just need to know how much it cost to rent the trailer he told me that wasn't a question he answers that I had to deal with her on the inside and he didn't know anything about it and that was it he walked away he never said anything else just very abruptly and very rudely walked away. I would suggest your far better off if you want to rent U-Haul of renting it from a U-Haul shop not one of these outfits that has a dealership with them because they usually don't have that kind of professionalism. matter of fact I don't expect any of the other locations are probably any better.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. It started with me arriving at 8am per there stated opening time, no one showed up that was able to do anything until 8:25. The lady that runs the place was rude and very unprofessional. She took an hour to process a contract, take payment, and provide a key...it should be a 10 min process at best. They provided inaccurate dimensions on there new units and then struggled tremendously to issue a credit when things didn't work out. Avoid this place.

Went there to rent a U-Haul van, and had a great experience. Kelly was very helpful, and made sure that the check-in and check-out process was simple and got completed quickly.

We've been renting space there for over 2 years. Have had no problems. The unit is clean and the owners are nice. The lot leading back to our unit could use some work otherwise i would give it 5 stars.
