I purchased, or attempted to purchase a 100/300k non-owner policy. 4 DAYS LATER I still had not been insured. On the fourth day, I was told, they had finally received a word from the underwriters. They were asking for vehicle information...... I would not recommend.

I’m one of those people that don’t like unexpected changes with my bills or being bothered really. I just like to get what I need pay for it and keep it moving. I’ve been with Indy select for 5+ years and I don’t plan on ever leaving. Professional and great customer service. And the fact it’s a BOB is a plus! Keep up the great work!

Very bad experience! I could never get ahold of my agent and they put bogus vehicles on my policy when I have a non owners. They did find a new place but I've had the worst experience with this agency!

This is Roger Padgett........After making my payment I asked for proof of insurance. All week they avoided me . So I had to purchase another policy from safe auto. Then I canceled my policy with these clowns. Then they charged me again next month! I asked for a refund for 2 months of around $500! I got a refund of $114 . lol . Guess they need the money more than I do............. LAZY, UNPROFESSIONAL, SELFISH, THIEVES. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
