Lied about a warranty they sold me. Had to do almost $800 in repairs after I bought the vehicle for something they said the warranty would cover. Been a month and still haven't received my title. The motor has started knocking really hard. They falsely advertised the vehicle and I drove 2 hours to come see it. Pretty much got screwed.
Just to recap and follow up after the above post I originally made. After I paid $5000 for the vehicle and had to pay an additional $800 in repairs, I took it to Ford to diagnose a knocking noise that started in the engine. Ford said it needed a new engine and the estimate was about $11,000. The warranty company told Ford that there was a $2,000 cap on repairs for the 90 DAY POWER TRAIN WARRANTY I got with the vehicle. The warranty company REFUSED to provide me a copy of the warranty I purchased that said there is a $2,000 cap. I took the vehicle back from Ford and 3 days later the engine completely locked up and back to Ford it went. I ended up trading it in to Ford with the purchase of a new vehicle from them. The trade in value was only $250. So after investing $6000 + in cash in this vehicle it was worth $250 like 2 months later.
My question is, did Indy Auto Center knowingly sell me a worthless vehicle for $5000? That's quite the business model.

I'm putting a review up for my client, Ariel Moore to warn EVERYBODY who read this not to do business with them. The past 60 days she has had 3 cars, lots of calls and texts and many repairs. I tried to simple get them to refund her $4200 and move on. THEY ARE REFUSING TO MAKE THIS RIGHT. I WANT THIS POST TO SERVE AS OFFICIAL NOTIFICATION TO WARN YOU ALL BUYER BEWARE. We certainly did our research while searching for our next vehicle. We kept coming back to Indy Auto as they had a great selection in our range.
Sami was not only helpful but he knew his inventory which we appreciated. The insight at no point felt like a salesman, which can often be the case with a new or used car purchase.
At very least you need to visit and see your options if looking for a pre-owned vehicle.
