My daughter's wedding was here and it's a very cool place. Old school, rustic, that whole vibe. However........ The metal chairs they provided are very uncomfortable. Numerous people complained about them. So if there's any way they could get new chairs this place is perfect.

The Industry was my dream venue for over five years. Once I finally got engaged, I was so excited to book with them. From the moment I booked I was extremely let down by the lack of human contact you receive as a bride. Every single email you receive throughout the planning process is automated from a robot. If you try to email your sales rep, you immediately get a message that they are busy, and you will hear from them in a couple of days, even days before the wedding. Multiple meetings I showed up to, my sales rep forgot about, which caused me to have to reschedule. You are nickel and dimed on everything and required to pay for day of insurance, $350 for a security guard, $250 if you use your own caterer, etc. We paid for day of insurance and sent it to our sales rep weeks ahead of time which she clearly did not read through... because ON THE MORNING OF MY WEDDING I WAS CALLED AND TOLD WE DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH INSURANCE COVERAGE AND NO ONE WOULD BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE BUILDING UNTIL WE DID. She failed to do her job and review our documents, and created absolute chaos and terror on my wedding day. The staff is detached from you throughout the planning process and causes you to feel less then cared for. The building is beautiful, but the people are terrible to work with. I would not recommend them to anyone.

We hosted a corporate event just last week at INDUSTRY for our company's 20th Anniversary. Planning everything for the event from out of town was a bit of a challenge, but Andrea and Alisa were fabulous with all the pre-planning! The space at INDUSTRY is spectacular on it’s own, but the staff were what made our event run seamlessly. Lucy was on-site with me the night of the event and she was AMAZING! She was so helpful and attentive, making sure that everything was exactly as I had envisioned it, yet also offering her professional opinion on placement of items or tables. Thank you all so much for making our celebration so wonderful!

In July 2023 we had our dream wedding at INDUSTRY! Everything was so perfect from the coordination to the actual celebration! Alisa was our client concierge, and she helped us so much throughout the planning process and made our wedding weekend so stress-free! INDUSTRY staff was overall incredible during our event as well because they set up decorations, coordinated with other vendors, tore down and packed up for us, provided the bar service, and we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. The space was also very clean and spacious! The cost of renting the space is in my opinion on the pricier side, but that is how the wedding industry is nowadays, so it would be hard to find a place with the same amenities at a better price. Overall, we have zero regrets or complaints and would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to get married in downtown Indianapolis!

We fell in love with Industry as soon as we saw it. We were beginning our search for a venue for our wedding and had no idea we would need not look any further than one place! It is stunning with its huge windows and doors, exposed brick everywhere, and large space. We have had endless comments from our wedding guests about how beautiful Industry is.We also booked a month-of coordinator at Industry, Anjulie Farmer. She met with us several times throughout the year and then took over all coordination the month of the wedding. Anjulie made herself available to answer questions any time we had any, was extremely helpful during our planning, and had thoughtful, creative ideas. But what stands out the most was the work that she and her assistant did on the day of our wedding, which far exceeded our expectations!Anjulie was outstanding at keeping everything organized and on track, and we are so very grateful for her decorating skills. She worked quickly and efficiently for almost 12 straight hours and was still smiling at the end of it!! We could not be any more pleased with the job she did; she is excellent.For anyone in search of the perfect venue, look no further. Seriously.

I have had the opportunity to second shoot and photograph my own couples at the Industry and I have enjoyed it every time. I have some more weddings booked here in 2024 and I am excited to capture my couples in such a stunning venue. There is just a ton of natural lighting and beautiful settings for all the beautiful detail photos! I highly recommend this venue!

Surprisingly lovely wedding venue, and I say that because driving around the area you wouldn't expect it. As their name implies, the inside follows a more steel-industrial theme with the building structure, but can easily be customizable to fit other aesthetics. They are also expanding an outdoor patio area that blocks sight of the nearby industrial building, and we were impressed with how well you couldn't tell you were right off of Kentucky and West st. Cost for the actual venue higher than expected, but they are extremely flexible with other vendor/rental choices (i.e. highly customizable). Definitely recommend checking them out for a venue!

Book the venue over a year in advance, want to cancel 12 months before celebration, no refund on 2,000$ deposit. Horrible business.

We absolutely loved having our ceremony and reception at Industry! When looking for a venue we wanted to have everything in one building so guests didn't have to travel, we wanted a bridal quite/getting ready room, and we wanted outside catering. INDUSTRY provided all and it was such a wonderful environment. I also absolutely loved the aesthetic of the place! INDUSTRY has great natural lighting, decor, and beautiful brick backdrops for photos. Alisa and Anjulie had such great communication with myself and my planner throughout the entire planning process. Our day ran so smoothly and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better day! INDUSTRY helped pull off our dream wedding so seamlessly.

We went there for a wedding. The place has very poor acoustics. There was plenty of room for the occasion.
