Excellent hotel and I stay at many. Marco at the front desk was amazing. So accommodating esp after a long day of travel. And he is an intern!!! Well done!

We just received the best “swifty” service at the front desk!! My wife really wanted a room with a view of the mega-sized Taylor Swift on the JW MARRIOTT building. Our first room was on the opposite side :/ so Zaniah at the front desk hooked us up with a 19th floor view! This place rocks!
