We have been pleased with the Indianapolis Industrial Center as a landlord. We moved in about 18 months ago now. Don and his team quickly address things that need looked at or fixed. Premises are kept clean and continuous improvements seem to be occurring across the property.

As a tenant at this property, I have nothing but good things to say pertaining to the property and those who operate it. Anytime I have had an issue Don has made it a point to take care of it ASAP.
