I spoke with Ms. Denise today at this office and was reminded why my family gives Indiana Farm Bureau our business. I called with a billing question, and Denise was so patient and kind with my many inquiries. She was a delight to speak with! I left the phone call feeling confident and informed.

Claims person lied to me multiple times in regards to evidence I submitted for my case and took about a month to even get me a rental car. Had to call and find out their managers name and talk to them to get anything done and the evidence i submitted even looked at.

Agent are only see how to get money from consumers. Not taking any responsible from his part . I wouldn't recommend whoever try to get this agent .

I have been using Farm Bureau for insurance most of my life. I have found that they give great products at very competitive prices. The agents are customer minded as well. That is definitely the case for this office! My agent recently changed, and on this visit to the office to sign paperwork, my new agent came out to the parking lot to make sure he had a chance to introduce himself. On a day when everything is electronic, that is refreshing!
