Rude and disrespectful. Got there before 5 and went back out to my car to grab my id and as walking back towards the door he locked the doors before it hit 5pm and ignored me knocking on the door and the employees as well.

ATM machine miss up take ur money and card don't add ur money to account.When I go to bank get it fix take 3 business days fix and I need the money today to pay bills. they say I have to get new card don't want new card

I've been banking here for over 15 years. I recently drove up and tried to cash a check and they said they couldn't find my account. so I took my check to another branch and they cashed it just fine. I reported this to the branch customer relations person and unfortunately he never answered my email. Today I tried again at the drive up window to cash a check. I told the person at the window I want to cash my check and I want 50s back. Apparently from him walking over to the counter that request was lost in translation somehow because the other teller decided to do a deposit into my account. They said they had trouble with my ID which I find interesting because it's the same as it has been for 15 years. So I won't be banking at this branch anymore. So much for the days of good old customer service And personal relationships. Plus it's a very dangerous intersection to get in and out of are there are wrecks they are all the time I know because my business was right across the street from them for 16 years.

I visited the Huntington Bank on Allisonville 7/11/2020 and the blonde short haired lady with glasses was very rude. My Mother is an elderly lady and I take of her financial needs I withdrew money from the ATM outside as I do every month for her(at other Huntington Banks) and went inside to get change that's when she stopped me at the door and told me if my Mother was not in the car with me she could not give me change that's a lie! I've never had any problems at any other Huntington will not visit this location again!

I've visited this location multiple times over the years, didn't notice the awkward drive-thru until now. First time user Due to the pandemic the lobby is available by appointment only which means longer drive-thru lines. Unfortunately, entry to drive-thru is adjacent to one of the entrances to the shopping strip. On this day the bank was BUSY. The look of confusion was apparent on many customer faces; is this the line for the bank, why are they blocking the entrance, should we try to change this setup...hmmmm Once I made it to the front of the line, the teller was awesome. She was working both lanes and didn't miss a beat. She was nice, helpful, and considerate. Hopefully the bank will put up posts to help direct line flow.

This bank may be fine, but don’t get a mortgage loan from them. It took two months and when my appraisal came back one comparable had a typo of $100k off. One comparable was in a flood zone. None of the comparable homes were updated like my home. I think the mortgage side is a scam.
