I went to this bank which I liked cause it was close to home but upon going into this bank I encountered a rude teller it was last Thursday about 10:30 am she didn't smile never greeted customers and was just like she was unhappy I called there to report how she was and I was told the manager would get back with me towards the end of week and no one ever did u will kno who she is when u go

I was a new banking customer opened a checking account due to offered checking bonus and a local bank. Worst decision I've made in a long time. Their TECHNOLOGY SUCKS!!! I can't log it on the app it says I'm not connected to the internet but if I goto Chrome I can log in. Their tech support is not in America. They do nothing to support their products. They will not call back. For all their warm fuzzy hometown commercials they are more steril than Chime. I wanted a bank that I can get information on my account they do not provide that or support. DO NOT OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT!!!!!

I hate this bank! My account got hacked and they tell me I have to wait 30 days just to get my money back that’s MY money I worked for that I have to wait for. I will never use this bank again.

If I could rate this location a ZERO I would. The Latino teller was rude and very uncooperative and I told her that. She had my mother so upset she was shaking. Not sure why she was so nonchalant, but her behavior was very UNPROFESSIONAL! I will never visit this branch again!

Every time I come to this bank to use one of the 2 atms they are both out of order. Why do you even have them? They never work!

Don’t waste your time. This branch is incapable of accomplishing anything. Additionally, the atm is always broken and can’t help either!!!

They open the checking and save his account for me and the next day I came in and I deposited $20 into the checking and savings account. Then a day later they close my account because they said that my name was on ChexSystems. They could’ve told me this before they opened up the checking account and the savings account and they ordered me a debit card they could’ve told me that the whole entire time. Waited in line over 30 minutes before I got to speak to a banker. The lobby is very small and it’s very crowded all the time and they lock their doors and don’t open the doors at certain times of the day. When I went to go get back my $20 from my checking account and $20 from my savings account - they gave me back my $20 from my savings account but after I showed them the receipt that they still owe me $20 from the checking account they lost the $20 in cash that I gave them for the checking account. Then I hate the wait the whole weekend and then the bank manager told me they’re going to send me a check for $20 because they lost the $20 that I gave them for the checking account. This bank and Huntington bank should be avoided at all costs there are a lot better banks out there with a lot better professional service. I hope my experience is something that nobody has to go through because you don’t deserve it because your time is money and money is time. Go to a different bank.
