I will never go to that Huntington Branch again. As a matter of fact, I am going to call someone higher up tomorrow. One of the lady tellers was cold, inconsiderate and actually took my bank card away from me, placing it in a shredder. I felt like less of a person dealing with this teller, and the Huntington branch there.

38th and Lafayette branch has detectors yet the staff is still scared to let you in the building. The staff are same as the unsafe area.. Horrible, avoid this location!

Was told only one person inside the mantrap hallway at a time. No signage of this, as I was with my mom. After dealing with just getting in, we were told the only person that could add me to my mom's account was training someone, so we would have to make an appointment. Then was told they only take social security card. I can't use my drivers license, passport, or birth certificate. This place is a joke.

I went yesterday to deposit a check and the bank lobby was randomly closed at 2:45pm ??? I was forced to deposit my check thru the atm which forced a 7day hold !!! Not sure why it was closed but drove by 15 minutes later and it was open again which had me furious because i could’ve handled my business with a human and not those damn machines . Not to mention this is my 4 th time coming this week and not being able to get help . Makes you want to switch banks all togetehr

I've been a customer for over 7 years and the west 38th branch is the worst huntington I've ever been to. Their ATMs are ALWAYS out of order and the banker's are the most rudest stuck up people. It's sad how much attitude they have. Even the bank Manger is lacking customer service skills. Ive never experience this kinda attitude at any other huntington.

Worst service of any huntington bank , acted like i was trash, said i must get an account w them..i said no. I will pay the $10 fee..they acted as if i must get an account at their bank over a check .in which i cash through their banks at other locations..same id.same company. Its like saying i can only own the color and type car they choose for me? Sad , digrace of a bank.others huntingtons.never act that way except that ghetto one..everyone i know says thats not good buisness manners

They don’t honor the $200 promotion to open the account. I called customer service and went to the branch . They said I need a 16 digit code to Receive the money. I told them upon opening my account this was never mentioned . Only benefit is early pay . Don’t trust these liars. The Hispanic woman and manager sleep together and team up against customers who need help. Another customer asked for help they kept telling him call customer service and we told them we already have they said come to the branch . I’m very disappointed at how they treat the African American community in their branch. When the others there , no issue but all the black ppl were told call customer service .

This particular location and a particular employee there is really cold, rude, and unhelpful. It's sad because I've used locations so over indy and Lebanon/Lafayette and all other branches have been great. Huntington a whole though is a great bank to use. Just not this location, try the high school road location, I go there most the time and everyone is great including the branch manager!
