People are always helpful and friendly and make things easy. My only complaint is the ATM is down a lot. Just this week I stopped to use the ATM 6 times over a 2 day period and it was "out of service" each time. Had to drive 15 minutes to another location to use the ATM. This happens frequently.

The identity of an amazing business starts with good leadership, great customer service, and punctual ownership of issues as they arise. If you are looking for any of these traits in the newest Branch Manager (Michelle) at the Irvington location then bank elsewhere or go to Chase Bank. The Branch Manager's (Michelle) inability to resolve basic banking issues, return phone calls, comfort-ability with being rude, and lack of professionalism are strong indicators that this is the new norm at the Irvington Branch. Furthermore, Huntington Bank's customer service department could care less about what this Branch Manager is doing or not doing and do not take formal complaints seriously. Because if they did they would have returned my phone calls or addressed this pattern of behavior that is now spreading from the Branch Manager to the bank tellers at this Irvington location. In closing, if you are looking to be treated with respect or have issues at this location acknowledged or addressed. Then you should definitely Bank elsewhere because regardless of how much money is in your account the staff at this location are morally bankrupt.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This bank is an absolute joke. I have driven here 3 times now in 3 weeks and the ATMs are NEVER EVER…..EVER functional….Ever!!! Save your time and gas and go to another Huntington who operates a functioning business. This place is beyond trash

Always something with the ATM machines. Its getting expensive at $5 a gallon to drive around town in search of a functional ATM so I can pay my bills on time. If you rely on after hours banking best to avoid Huntington. Update 7/31, ATM never fails to fail. Smh
