Currently have been waiting 50 minutes for a money order. It’s always a long wait getting service here. I’ve been waiting 20 minutes for them to fix a printer that’s out of ink to print my order. The bank has now been closed, yet they have no access to any other printer? Currently spending my time waiting in line browsing other local banking options.

Never get a business account with huntington. I've had an account with Huntington for many years and I also have my business account through huntington. They are garbage and I will be switching to another bank as soon as I possibly can. It's so insane that a bank would keep your information from you unless you pay an extra ten dollar fee a month.( Which, even when I'm willing to pay it since they're holding me hostage, it doesn't even help because I still have to wait for an okay. Even if i'm say i'm willing to pay their extortionate fees) As a business owner, I need to be able to quickly get into my bank account online and see which customers have sent me checks and for what amounts. They have decided that it would be a good idea to hold that simple, bare minimum information hostage behind a paywall (and even if you pay, you can't get it immediately) They also take a very, very, very, very long time to answer the phone on the business side. If you do need to talk to a customer service representative. Terrible terrible company to do business with! WHAT A JOKE !!!!!! I wish I could give zero stars.

*Update, January 2024 had no other choice, but to go to this branch, and found out that the previous manager is no longer employed here, and service is back to what I always expected. I’m going to leave my old review Below, but the experience was amazing this time If you’re looking for courteous service, good banking, or even just a smiling face, this would be a place to avoid. The general manager of this bank is an extremely rude person by the name of Kelly. For the 3rd time in three weeks, she proved to discriminatory, and two rude to cash a check or money order. She seems in capable of answering a question about how her bank works. She doesn’t seem to be capable of doing a deposit that doesn’t involve cash. She doesn’t seem to be capable of reading, using, or submitting a power of attorney. She does not know the difference between a power of attorney, and a durable power of attorney. She is also extremely discriminatory with her practices. Certain people walk in and don’t have a problem at all, and certain people walk in and do. This is the third time in as many weeks that I have gone through this bank to do a transfer or deposit, only to have to leave and go to another branch where they were capable of solving the problem in under a minute or two. It turns out the problem is this branch, and the problem at this branch is Kelly.
If you look in the post a picture, Kelly is the one standing at the drive-through window, helping other people while pretending to do my deposit before she walks off and doesn’t return my ID. Thankfully, her employees were capable of doing what she was not, which would be just about anything other than being rude.

If you're understaffed then hire more people. You can't decide that everyone else's buisness is more important than mine, just because it will take too long. It's ridiculous.Edit: just got off the phone with customer service. She's informed me this bank was in the wrong, and that filling out the paperwork wouldn't have take long. This is my second complaint against this branch, every other branch has been great.

Deliberately humiliated my wife while disclosing her name and our account status to all of the clients waiting in line at a volume which was intentionally indiscrete, then stole $375 from Pizza Hut and deposited it into our account. Since we have access to the deposit slip records used to make the deposit, we also have Pizza Hut's account information now. We're in the process of discussing the matter with corporate.

I went to the Irvington branch. The last two times I tried to deposit cash at the Emerson branch the ATM operated so slow it wouldn't complete the transaction

While waiting in line, I got to watch the general manager, completely disrespect a customer, gave him the wrong directions, and then berated him for following her directions. The man asked to make a corporate complaint. Instead of giving him the information, she just walked back into the back room and waited for him to leave. She did not answer his question. She did not throw him out. She just went and sat in the back room on her cell phone. When I finally got to the counter, I was told that the rude lady’s name was Kelly. I was also told that she was the bank manager. Such an awfully rude person should not be in customer service.

I have never in my life been treated so terribly by a bank employee than I was treated by Kelly at the beech grove Huntington.She is the rudest person I’ve dealt with in several months. And it’s consistent. She hates her job and every single customer that makes her actually work gets treated like an inconvenience.And don’t believe a word she says. She lies at every opportunity. If you ask her how to fill out a check, she’ll tell you wrong. If you ask her how a Huntington policy works, she will lie to you. And when you call 8 other branches in this city, you’ll be told how very wrong she is.She will talk over you and tell you “how it is” without actually hearing the question.It would be a real shame if Beech Grove lost yet another business as important as a bank. But it would be better for Huntington’s image to make people drive to Greenwood than it would be to allow Kelly to continue as a representative of that company.Also, there are screenshots of this review. If you take it down again, Huntington, I’ll just keep posting the screenshots. Everywhere.
