Heather has been exceptionally amazing. She not only listened but took an initiative for an error that was created and another state a year she helped us through it! She is very detailed organized and thoughtful and listens thoroughly. I highly suggest anyone to come see her.!!!She is far better than anyone I have seen in over a decade. If you need attention to detail or have any questions, she has the person that go to I highly recommend.

They charge too much for doing your taxes 300 this year and 600 last year. I will not be going back to hr block.

My tax rep is amazing. Extremely nice and plenty of knowledge in the profession. The reason for the raiting is because I paid almost 300 dollars to have them finalized. Never again will I use hr block. Never. I contacted the lady my mother has been using for over 30 years and said that is highway robbery. She also went on to say I did less this then last year because I didn't itemize this year and still paid more. I will not be returning or recommending your company.

Having scheduled a 12:15 appointment with Heather, I waited until almost 1:00 before I could see her due to a scheduling error on their part. She asked if I had created an account online and uploaded documents. I was never told by anyone, virtually or when I called several times regarding the appointment, to upload any documents. I asked for the Wi-Fi name and password, and I had trouble logging on. I was frustrated and stressed regarding taxes to begin with. I got even more frustrated and left. I will not be returning and will not recommend H and R Block to anyone.
