We had made our appointment a year in advance with Ivan Lawson so we showed up and had to wait for over 2 and a half hours so I think one star is too much I guess we will be going somewhere else next year you just lost us and we have been coming here for over 10 years

The staff there are very friendly and very helpful. Especially in the Highschool Road place. They explain everything and make it clear. The only issue is that there is always a technical problem. Either the printer not working or the system is shut down etc..
