I would avoid using H&R Block if possible. I supposedly owed quite a bit of money and went to another location for a second review. The tax rep at the Irvington location was very condescending to me after I questioned a few things that didn’t seem right with the first tax preparation. Went to a real professional for help and got it cleared up. It wasn’t worth the hassle of going back to them for a refund from their inept services. I was a loyal customer for many years but this experience soured me. Stay far away!
