I wish I could give them a zero rating. I had in person appointment; after appointment, they said their printer was not working and they would email the paperwork and my tax documents, but that didn’t happen. Three months later, when I called and asked why they didn’t send my documents, they said I should return in person again. They never submitted my tax documents. If I didn’t check, my tax was not filled for this year. This is nonsense. Very annoying. Don’t waste your time and money. They don’t know what they are doing. They have insulting customer service; they hang out the customer calls, and when you show up to their office, they make you wait 30 minutes while talking about the eclipse with their colleagues; your time is not important for them.

For year of 2020 was first time using H&R Block for taxes. Service was great in office but question their online/tech service. I've called the company two separate times to let them know I can see another individuals past three years of taxes when I log into my account. Wonder how often this happens. Still waiting for them to fix it since February of 2021. Can see all SSNs, addresses, and bank/routing numbers and everything for the other person's taxes. This is a complete breach of personal identifiable information.
