LOVE THIS BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE!Each time I visit, I'm greeted with a welcoming, "Hi Love, What can I help you with, Love?"The last time I visited, they didn't have a product that I use regularly. I was told that they will have it soon. Within a week, my niece visited the store and was given the product for me.I'm incredibly grateful for the considerate and personable customer service.It gives me immense pleasure to support this Black-Owned beauty supply store.Thanks, HOBMC! you are appreciated ❤️

House of Beauty Miss Cutie is the establishment to find all your hair needs! If you see something you like but are not available in your color, the items will be ordered for your hair care desire. Very informative and professional owners and staff!

Where do I start? Oh yeah I love this place lol! I’m from Cincinnati and my family come to visit every now and then. I specifically was shopping for hair and wanted to pursue black owned stores and thank god I found House of Beauty Miss Cutie. The lady was so nice and so sweet and treated me so well. She got me everything I needed plus there store is very big and have everything and I mean everything. It’s just like going into any other Asian owned store and it’s big but it’s black owned and I love it. If y’all know what I mean by that you know how it is going into other stores as a woman of color but this store treated me like I was family. Definitely will be coming back!❤️

Very nice couple. The store was stocked with a variety of hair and hair products priced similarly to Asian owned beauty supply stores. Even though it's a drive for me, I enjoy spending my dollars within the black community.

I walked in and really didn't know where to start or about what I needed to buy, but the owners were so accommodating. She walked me through the store showing me different products. She made sure I found exactly what I needed. Custumer service was excellent and she had a wide range of products. It was refreshing to finally find a Black owned beauty supply owner who could relate to my hair needs. I'll definitely be a returning, loyal customer.
