Excellent hotel!
Before coming, I called the hotel twice. Both times they answered on the first ring and were really helpful.
The location is AMAZING! A hop, skip and a jump away from the arena and many great restaurants. A ten minute walk from the popular Mass Ave. Across the street from bus station. Safe and clean area.
Our room was spacious, practical and clean. Clean bathroom. Hot shower. Plenty of towels. Very quick room service.
The cleaning staff was efficient and delightful.
Kate and her team at the front desk were professional and friendly and wonderful to be around.
Very comfortable lobby.
If you are travelling with a wheelchair, the hotel is very accessible. Very spacious and well thought out rooms.
Walkability: Walking distance from many great spots.

A very nice hotel in a good location. Contemporary interior and rooms. Missing a Business Center however.
Ally and Rock ( a husband & wife team) work very hard in the restaurant and room service. Very sweet extraordinarily helpful people that make the hotel very special!

Excellent hotel, friendly staff and great location. I visited Indy for a sorority conference and didn't want to stay at the host hotel, but I wanted to be in the area of all activities. This boutique hotel is conveniently located near the convention center, but NOT connected to the cross walks. If you are able to walk, you can access a few of crosswalk entrances only blocks away. The rooftop bar is very nice and the bar tender was personable. She took time to recreate a drink that I had the prior week on a cruise. The rooms are stocked with drinks, alcohol and snacks.
Rooms: Large spacious rooms with sitting area.
Walkability: Many restaurants are within walking distance.

Really enjoyed, stayed for IBE, room was so spacious, breakfast was wonderful at restaurant on site. Check-in lady was very friendly,nice & helpful. Would stay again!

The location is super convenient and the design of the hotel is very fun.
However, we had a smoke detector that was non-functional and being held onto the ceiling by masking tape above the bed.
We reported it to the front desk and the most of a solution we got was ‘that’s crazy. We can tell the housekeeping manager in the morning’
The hotel was not sold out, but they made no offer to swap rooms or any other consolation. Luckily it didn’t fall on us while we slept - but who knows if the next person will be as lucky. I can’t imagine it is up to fire code safety.

The room was really nice, and all the furniture/decor in the whole hotel was luxurious. The rooftop bar was a cool spot to check out. The location was also very convenient and close to a lot of good restaurants.

Good location within walking distance of a lot of things, although it is close to a jail. That wasn’t really an issue, just not much of a view. Very trendy. Very loud. We stayed in the 5th floor and could hear the rooftop bar late into the night, and since it is in the city you can hear the street noise so don’t stay here if that bothers you. The curtain in the room was also broken and we couldn’t close it all the way so it was also bright in the room. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable but there were just a lot of little things that weren’t attended to. For example, no body wash in the refillable container, some dusty areas, etc. breakfast was a bit overpriced but ok. The food was very salty. Small selection as far as the menu goes. I really liked the black raspberry jam I had on my toast. The staff, including valet, was very friendly so it would give them 5 stars.

Comfortable room, hotel restaurants are a bit expensive with sub par service. Check in was a breeze, very accommodating. Wish they had told us different sites, etc..

Nice modern boutique hotel. What I loved was the modern vibe and beds were great, it was clean and well taken care off. Good coffee. Nice employees. Location not the best but okay. HVAC system loud but worked. Nice bathrooms.
