I’ve called this place 3 times today and the hours are saying they are open I’ve been waiting since 11-15-2020 to go pick up my package they don’t wanna answer the phone bad customer service I won’t be sending no more of items here I’ve been waiting for two weeks now to go pick up 4 things

I absolutely love this place! I have broke 4 different screens on my iPhones In the last 2 years, an I’ve went there an got great customer service every single visit , I was there for 30 minutes or less an my phone was repaired At a very reasonable price.I also got a free phone case for the Black Friday Sale, Hands down the number one phone store for good phones an repairs in Indianapolis “ Thanks Ashley ?

The place itself has some decent equipment, but their staff has serious issues. I show up and was greeted by a girl under 12yrs old. She immediately put me on FaceTime with the woman who was supposed to be running the store. That woman says she'll be back in a half hour.
