Went here hoping to grab some cash for a local store that only accepts cash, this bank has no ATM, and according to an employee only their downtown Indy location has one (around here.) “Regions Tower made my evening unforgettable. The Regions tower rooftop was the venue for one of my sorority formals. It was outstanding from start to finish. We had the venue from 7:30pm-9:30pm. When we arrived, the staff at the venue greeted us at the entrance, loaded us in the elevators, and then welcomed us into the rooftop space. The space for the venue was set up beautifully. Inside, there was plenty of soft seating, as well as a buffet of food that remained full of fresh food all evening long. The bar was also located inside, and the bartenders were incredibly nice and helpful. The space was definitely specialized for the needs of our event and felt like a good mix of elegant and fun. Outdoors, there was more soft seating, as well as outdoor games and room for a dance floor. The DJ booked through the venue was incredible and super interactive with the crowd. The view from the rooftop was absolutely stunning and was the best part. The sun was setting as we arrived, and the view of the surrounding Indianapolis area would be lovely for any event. I would 100% recommend this venue for any event being held in the Indianapolis area. The space is very customizable, and the staff was beyond nice and accommodating.”

“I've been banking at this location since I bought a house in the area. The offer a fee free checking account that I use along with savings and HSA. Though I just opened my HSA last year and got a notice this year they would be selling it off to another company which is kind of annoying but nothing serious. The staff there has always been friendly to me. Any issues I may have had were resolved promptly. Their phone app is fairly easy and intuitive to use.If I had to be critical at this point - I wish it was easier to get to on my bike. The location on shadeland is a bit nerve racking on two wheels. I hate driving my car there as it's just a few blocks away from my house and it's a water of gas but that's nit picking at this point.If my experiences with them change I will likely come back and edit this post but for the last 4 or 5 years they have been fine.”

The branch manager, Gabby, even followed up with me to ensure all of my needs were met a week later in addition to relaying that I had an old service on my account that had been charging me, unknowingly. She offered to switch to the fee-free option and even refund for the past 5-month's fees!! Above and beyond, I couldn't be happier!”

“The 56th St. branch near Post Rd. has always been helpful and friendly. Dusti, the current branch manager, is the best. I was having a credit card issue while trying to purchase a round trip ticket that included a foreign airline. A simple phone call to Kim increased my debit card limit for the day and allowed me to buy the last seat on the flight I needed. And then, in about 10 minutes, Dusti had me approved for a credit card from Star to prevent this problem from happening in the future. And, as always, they have tellers available until 7pm Monday-Saturday. Absolutely convenient.”
