Ive been renting from Hoosier Tools for years when I need a larger power tool that I don't have on hand. They are always prompt with service and up front with pricing. I don't think I've ever needed a piece of equipment that they haven't had.

I went to Hoosier tool on November 22nd and rented two air movers and a dehumidifier from Steve and the rest of the guys. It was very convenient and the prices were very fair. Thank you guys for having this equipment available. I appreciate your service

The guy that answered the phone was completely rude like I was bothering him and wasting his time! Even though they're closer I'll never use him again because this is the third time he's been rude

If I could give them lower I would all of them have a horrible attitude to minorities I’ve gone 2 times and both times they seemed irritated to help and most their equipment is not well kept will never go back to them worst tool rental place I’ve gone to. If they don’t like their job they should have chose another field

Just Google them and you'll see every negative comment matches. Rude, don't care, over charge etc, etc and it's 100 percent true. I mean try to support local business and all but NOT this one! Go elsewhere and save yourself the trouble and attitude.

This was the worst business experience I have had a long, long time. The employees were extremely rude from start to finish. They acted like they could not have cared less about anything. I brought a push mower in for a broken pull rope. They charged more than they quoted me, they charged me for a handle that was already mine. They didn't secure the top plastic case so the entire thing vibrated wildly ( which included the gas tank...VERY UNSAFE). Now the mower starts, but doesn't run for more than a second before it dies. Again, I took it to them to fix a broken pull rope, and now I am worse off than before. I strongly suggest that no one gives this place their business. In a time like this, anyplace who is rude and irresponsible towards a customer, does not deserve to be in business in the first place!
