I am a constant oxygen dependent patient and do Not care for either HUMANA, HOOKS, and ESPECIALLY ROTECH they All are unprofessional and I personally feel they do not care for their customers or patients. I have had my portable oxygen for one week and the car charger stopped working and I tried it on all five of my cars before I spoke on it to these companies. So I called hooks and rotech foreigner answers and does not know what to say BUT call back during business hours Monday through Friday between 8-5pm I said well I have a funeral to go to tomorrow morning in Michigan what am I to do? She said do you not have a concentration machine and I said yes she said use that, omg I said so where do I connect it to in my car and body? I asked her where could I purchase the car adapter and she told me to call back Monday and they would assist me and hung up I called Humana and they to hung up. I don’t care for any of these companies and there services but I am going to switch to Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield’s on Monday. So I was not able to go to my family funeral today because I had no charge adapter for my car and it is a three hour drive one way thanks Humana for choosing to go cheap in providing your patients/customers Cheap unprofessional service next time you contract a three party care service think of your client’s health and possibly a 24/7/365 company care provider to provide care and assistance to people.

I called after hours and spoke with a lady named Katrina. She was SUPER helpful and very sweet to work with . Its not fun being on Oxygen and when you have a problem it is sure great to speak a friendy person. Katrina certainly was a pleasure to work with.

Saj was exemplary! He has excellent customer service skills! He was detail-oriented, very well organized, professional, patient with all of my many questions, and took his time with me explaining everything I needed to know about my new CPAP machine. I had the best experience ever! Thank you so much, Saj! The office staff was great as well!

I had a recent sleep study and found out that I stopped breathing 40 different times in 1 hour! Obstructive Sleep Apnea occurs when you have some physical reason as to why you would stop breathing. We found out that I have Complex Sleep Apnea which involved Central Sleep Apnea. Mine is scary because I don't have any physical deformity. I stop breathing because my brain FORGETS to tell my lungs to keep breathing!! Thankfully I was sent to Hook's Oxygen & Medical Supplies where I had my oxygen titration test and received all of my oxygen supplies. The staff were all very friendly and informative. Tony Murphy is the warehouse supervisor but he will happily help you out in any way that you need. Even if that need is for laughter after being handed some pretty heavy and scary health information. Thank you Tony and thanks to the entire staff.

I recently met with Respiratory Therapist, Saj Parmar regarding problems with my Cpap machine. In just a matter of minutes Saj corrected the problem with the cpap machine and explained how to remedy the issue.
Saj was so extremely pleasant and friendly and took the time to explain and show all of the features to get the best air flow and sleep.
JOB WELL DONE!!!

I have been trying to contact this office almost every day multiple times a day and no one ever answers nor calls me back--since mid May. I have a wheelchair I'm being charged for that I have not needed in a good amount of time. I need this resolved.

I went to Hooks Oxygen & Medical Equipment today to resolve a Bi-Pap mask fit. Over the last 10 years I have had mixed success in dealing with the personnel at that location so I had some uncertainty on how today was going to work.
Well I am pleased to say that this visit was a complete success all due to the professional approach of Saj Parmar, the Respiratory Therapist. He fixed the issue in about 10 minutes and explained some important issues in running the BiPap machine:.
I’m sorry to say that none of the previous representatives I met with there never explained how some features worked, let alone solved the problem.
Mr. Parmar is an excellent example of how a top notch employee performs.
Should I have to return to this location I hope I am able to see Mr. Parmar, or more importantly that some of the other employees adopt his professional approach.
