Manchu Picchu Incas was not your typical Latin American restaurant. No tacos are served here. They their traditional Peruvian food. I chose a fried seafood platter with octopus, perch fish, shrimp and oysters with a green salad and a raspberry iced tea. The server was very friendly and accommodating.

Went to America's best and had an appointment for eye glasses and contacts. They were great, and I will continue to go back.

Lots of food variety you won't find anywhere else in the city. Nice sized speed bumps. No trash anywhere thanks to them having trach cans in front of the building. Decent sized establishments. They are just going to need to pave soon.
