Good afternoonIt has come to my attention that a particular associate is always there when I go into the store and she is very kind and extremely helpful, always all over the place filling carts and will still stop everything to help anyone in need.But lately I have noticed that she has constantly been yelled at by what seems her supervisors every other time I have been there. Not too sure why, but when she notices there’s people around, she flushes red and doesn’t speak to anyone. I have become concerned because she never stops working, whether she’s helping or loading carts with merchandise, she doesn’t seem to ever be still, yet if you walk halfway through the store, you will encounter many personnel that are doing nothing, and constantly disappearing whenever you request help. I know she used to drive before to help customers load on the daily. I am a pro customer who has been helped by her constantly and she is always trying to help disregarding how busy she is. I’m not sure why she keeps getting yelled at, but I would like to give a shout out to that associate for always helping me and smiling when ever she is.Help like that is very difficult to find now a days, and that is someone very special that really would help any business progress successfully.She’s from the store in eagle creek, IN. It’s on 38th and high school rd 46254, her name is jojo I believe. Thank you for having amazing service and knowledge.Thank you

Their floor service are terrible. I been up there 13 different times because they messed up my order. First they sold me commercial carpet instead of residential and told me it was residential. Had to take that back. They also measured my rooms 3x but lost one measurement. They claim that they have professional people doing the work but it's a third part company with no sign on their beat up vane which has old carpet mixed with new so you might get fleas or bed bugs because they don't wrap the carpet. They also got my contact information wrong also. After many trips to the store they finally installed carpet but mixed up the rooms even after they were told which rooms to do. Complained to management and said they won't do anything that it's my fault that they installed the wrong rooms. Maybe if you get real contractors who speak and understand English maybe they would get it right. Will never use their services again

I walked in sooo excited to purchase my new refrigerator, since I had been contemplating on it for months. I ordered my refrigerator with Alexandra. She was very helpful with my order and deliver, however, I noticed when I got to the car she ordered the wrong item. I immediately went back in and she was able to rectify the issue. I was a little upset because it took up my time but she was not the reason for my 2 stars. Now I love coming to this Home Depot, however, I notice there are a lot of younger adults working here - Great! When there is a customer standing at the station, there should not be as many personal side conversations or even several curse words being thrown out loudly. I couldn't believe the quality of customer service that was being presented while I was standing at the customer service desk. Please work with employees on how to conduct themselves when there are customers at their station.

STOP!!! PLEASE READ - don't purchase countertops of any kind from Home Depot.This is regarding poorly installed countertops by Home Depot!I purchased new countertops in September 2022, from Home Depot on Hight School Rd. in Indianapolis and the results are horrifying.The installer (KBR) a sub-contractor hired by Home Depot to come to my home to install the countertops. I was working from home at the time and couldn't completely watch them. When they left, I noticed that they damaged my kitchen wall in two different places and did not bother to inform me. By November 2022, I noticed that the caulking that seals the countertop seam had completely disappeared in some places and is starting to disappear in other places on the countertop.I returned to Home Depot with a videos and pictures of the damage to the wall and the poor install and was informed that Home Depot NO LONGER USE the contractor that installed my countertop. The manager informed me that they would send out a the newly hired sub-contractor the fix the problem. This never happened, even though I returned to the store several times to complain and reached out to the countertop manager to see if I could get the repair scheduled.As of today, 1/3/2023, I still have not been scheduled. My countertops look horrible and unprofessional and my wall is damaged.I can now see that the seams in other parts of the countertop have lost caulking and water is starting to seep in through the cracks. I will NEVER do business with Home Depot again and urge others to go to another countertop installer.My next step is court.

Every time I shop here we have issues. Bought a new sink. It was broken and store did not allow returns had to call manufacturer. Rented a trencher that didn't work. Thought it back and took over an hour for manager to see me to get a refund. Will not be back.

My husband and I ordered a lawn mower for CURBSIDE PICKUP. And waited almost an hour before he went in to just get it himself. Isn't the point of curbside pickup is for a team member to bring it out to us? Very disappointed.

This Home Depot did not have what I wanted in stock, but I wasn't expecting much: I was looking for disposable face masks in the middle of a pandemic, at a time when masks were hard to find. So, Home Depot didn't have them in their store, but neither did any place else, so I can't really fault them for that.But they did have a large selection of trash bags! I use these often to pick up trash around my neighborhood, and I am particular to a certain size of trash bag. The trash bag needs to be big enough to fit inside a 5-gallon bucket, but not so big that there's a lot of extra bag hanging out of the bucket. Home Depot has a generic brand of trash bags that fit perfectly inside a 5-gallon bucket that are sturdy and have little flaps to tie the bag. They work great for picking up trash.When I went to check out, there were people there to help, and they were friendly. I was in and out super quick.

Called asking if they had a particular sealant. I described the container, specified brand, etc. I was told it was in stock. I show up and do not find it on the shelf. I asked a staff member if they could double check as I was told it was in stock. She said she didn't see it on her app but would ask another staff member. I waited a good 15 minutes and nobody showed up to tell me otherwise. I grabbed the sealant that was available and went to check out. I asked for someone to help load it into my car as each container is around 50 lbs and I'm a small woman. I waited around 20 minutes in my car and nobody came out to help me. I ended up loading it into my car myself. 2 stars as my cashier was kind.

I have tried to use this store several times but every time if I don't know exactly what I need and how to install or use it I might as well stay home. You have to search for a store employee and it never fails that the employee I find doesn't work in the department that I need help in. I am sure when this store hires requirements are to be completely incompetent.

This location rarely has anything in stock, and the employees often are too hassled to help. I decided I would use their curbside service as to avoid having to drag my kids through during this time. After waiting 20 minutes for my curbside order the employee came out. He made sure to voice his opinion with the fact he didn't think I got enough items for pickup. Not an experience needed again, Lowe's it is.

I have to give a special shout out to "Brian". His customer service was nothing shy of great to say the least. I took a trip to this store because I needed some supplies build a temporary prop using pvc pipe for my daughters' 1st birthday. He took about 15-20 to personally help me cut and measure the pieces. I am grateful for his customer service and willingness to go the extra mile to help a customer. Thanks again Brian, continue to provide great service sir!!!

After waiting forever to get some service their advice was go to Economy Plumbing on North Capitol Avenue. So I went to North Capitol Avenue and the idiots down there said and I quote I don't know what to tell you exclamation pointIf you want service I wouldn't go to this Home Depot

Following my experience dealing on three separate occasions trying to get a garage door opener installed, I would not hesitate to give my "Experience" ZERO stars! ZERO Follow Up! My MISTAKE giving this store another piece of business after our First "EXPERIENCE?"
