“I've been doing a summer remodeling project and have made several trips to the Shadeland Lowes location for materials. Aaron in the lumber department has been so helpful! He's so patient in helping me find the right pieces and then cutting the lumber for me. I'm not comfortable using a saw, so it has been extremely helpful. He also doesn't point, he actually takes you to show you where things are in the store! Amazing customer service, keeps me going back and doing more projects lol.”

“Store is always clean and organized. I appreciate the selection and pricing. The parking lot definitely needs to be addressed at this location. Parking a 3/4 pickup is an adventure. Not everyone drives a minivan. If you can’t accommodate a contractor only area at least widen and lengthen the existing lots please.”

“While checking out this morning, I was helped by Mr. Narinder, and the experience was truly exceptional. He was incredibly kind, pleasant, and welcoming from the start. He suggested that I apply for the Home Depot credit card—something I would normally decline without much thought. However, the way he clearly and thoughtfully explained the benefits genuinely changed my mind, and I immediately wanted to take advantage of them.
Mr. Narinder was helpful, kind, professional, and thoughtful, and his product knowledge was superb. More than that, he made the interaction feel personal and pressure-free, which speaks volumes about his customer service skills.
This was only my second time ever shopping at Home Depot, and I can confidently say that because of this experience, I am now a regular customer.

“Ordered item online for in-store pickup. Upon arriving, was told order was cancelled but item was in stock. Manager refused to fulfill the order with the inventory. Could not give reason why they cancelled the order or why they were unable to complete the order.
UPDATE: Lowe's customer service was able to resolve the issue and fulfill the original order.”

“I like Home Depot for certain things. Chiefly they are the largest authorized Milwaukee Tools distributor that I know of. I mostly go there for that reason alone, but be warned... They are not always the cheapest place to buy Milwaukee Tools.”

“I believe this is the first time we've been to this Lowe's. It is a nice store with very friendly employees. We found allot more at this store than any other Lowe's we've been to. We've been looking for very low profile outdoor wafer style lights for our soffit lighting and they have them in stock at a reasonable price. We did buy them. If we're in the area again we will stop in again.”
“I received good fast and efficient service, but I was disappointed to see that they no longer have cashiers. It's all self-service. That was a huge disappointment. I am tired of going places and working to make a purchase. What happened to being a service industry? Let me clarify no one was rude or unhelpful, it's just frustrating that you have no human contact that you have to check yourself out. What happens when you have a huge bulky item? That's what I don't like. I work 50 hours a week so why must I then work when I go out shopping? That's what I mean about lack of customer service.”
