“9/12/24 I was in a fairly urgent need for a string trimmer. I placed an on line order for one and left to go pick it up. Upon arriving to the store, they informed me that my order was canceled because they only had one in the model that I ordered and it was damaged. Upon informing them that I hadn’t received the cancellation notice, they proceeded to search for a comparably priced alternative and the next closest one was $100.00 more than the one that I had purchased. Instead of sending me out the door empty handed they offered me a discount that priced this unit reasonably close to the one I ordered. I’ve never had a bad experience here, and the staff is always reasonable and kind. Thank TSC for helping to keep us moving.”

“Good afternoonIt has come to my attention that a particular associate is always there when I go into the store and she is very kind and extremely helpful, always all over the place filling carts and will still stop everything to help anyone in need.But lately I have noticed that she has constantly been yelled at by what seems her supervisors every other time I have been there. Not too sure why, but when she notices there’s people around, she flushes red and doesn’t speak to anyone. I have become concerned because she never stops working, whether she’s helping or loading carts with merchandise, she doesn’t seem to ever be still, yet if you walk halfway through the store, you will encounter many personnel that are doing nothing, and constantly disappearing whenever you request help. I know she used to drive before to help customers load on the daily. I am a pro customer who has been helped by her constantly and she is always trying to help disregarding how busy she is. I’m not sure why she keeps getting yelled at, but I would like to give a shout out to that associate for always helping me and smiling when ever she is.Help like that is very difficult to find now a days, and that is someone very special that really would help any business progress successfully.She’s from the store in eagle creek, IN. It’s on 38th and high school rd 46254, her name is jojo I believe. Thank you for having amazing service and knowledge.Thank you”
“Was shopping for a stove. We bought the one I wanted. I was ultimately disappointed that Home Depot does not allow the discount for veterans to be applied to appliances. The delivery date was set for 2 days later. Then it was pushed back 2 more days. It was once again pushed back 3 more days. We had removed the old stove in preparation for the first date. So we were without a stove for 7 days.”
“Ordered item online for in-store pickup. Upon arriving, was told order was cancelled but item was in stock. Manager refused to fulfill the order with the inventory. Could not give reason why they cancelled the order or why they were unable to complete the order.
UPDATE: Lowe's customer service was able to resolve the issue and fulfill the original order.”

“I received good fast and efficient service, but I was disappointed to see that they no longer have cashiers. It's all self-service. That was a huge disappointment. I am tired of going places and working to make a purchase. What happened to being a service industry? Let me clarify no one was rude or unhelpful, it's just frustrating that you have no human contact that you have to check yourself out. What happens when you have a huge bulky item? That's what I don't like. I work 50 hours a week so why must I then work when I go out shopping? That's what I mean about lack of customer service.”
