“Amanda was such a big help!!! She was very friendly and informative. I missed my original pickup appointment time (I wasn't aware there was a 15min limit for pickup) and my pickup was moved to a different location (not ideal) but she was able to help me quickly book another rental for that day. She saved the day!!! Moving is so stressful and it could have been catastrophic if I didn't obtain a truck but with Amanda's help - it went smoothly. Thank you soo much!!”

The Branch Manager, Seth, was incredibly accommodating and very professional. Not only was he able to answer all of our questions, but he was also very personable and made you feel comfortable with the process. “Went to get my get my driverside fixed. They were super nice, helpful and very welcoming. Sometimes you go in for a repair and you get the feeling your bothering them, not this place at all! The older gentleman that helped with repair was very pleasant and engaging, they had me out in less than 30mins. I'll drive a little longer to come here for sure! Also, super close to 70 as well.”

“The return process needs to be better! There was a guy waiting in front of me an I was in line for 20 minutes an I dont know how long he was waiting! So I had to call in the office to see if I can just drop off the tow dolly or just wait in line! They told me I can just drop it off where they had it setting where they connected to my truck! An once I started unhooking it a nice guy in a little white hyundia pulls up an gets out an helps me! He was a nice guy an he stated once he goes to break everyone disappears! The guy was truly nice an I understand what he is sayn! If the drop off experience was better an doesn't take as long would be great! I will rent from uhaul again! The tow dolly road smooth an worked great an the price of renting it was pretty good! Oh the lady at the desk was nice aswell”

“This Penske location on Morris street in Indianapolis Indiana kept my belongings safe and sound. Even when I was much over due to have retrieved the items. U-Haul took advantage of my in a bad situation but Penske came thru! I will never rent anywhere else!”
“This was my first time renting. It was not the most welcoming check in, I had no clue what the process was, where to go, how to exit etc. The cab needed some love but worked just fine! The person that took my keys at the return was nice and actually smiled at me. I would suggest operating under the assumption that its everyone’s first time renting/at your location or at least ask so you can adjust the experience :)”
“Hunted down a van here after another location (also U-Haul) told me there’d be an additional $200 deposit for no apparent reason. It’s in an odd spot and the building is in shambles, but it shares with other businesses and if you find the directional signs everything was easy enough! They have a drop box outside for after hours. Quick & convenient. Thanks!”

“I would like to take a moment to say thank you to the AIM family.
We had a very large show in Indianapolis this last week.
We had many challenges to overcome for this show. The first was.
A loading dock that we could not get a 53’ trailer into.
Lucky for us AIM has a location just 2 miles south of downtown.
We were able to get a box truck form the rental department and make this all happen.
The next challenge was one of our sub venders needed to park a box truck for the show run.
Again, the Indy crew helped us out and we were given a place to park this truck.
The hits just kept coming at us as we had a repair that was needed on unit # 115119.
The staff got my driver in and out in record time. As we started to load the show out.
Again, I needed room to cross load the gear into a trailer. Not a problem as the staff
again, made sure we had room to make this happen. In all this running around my rental car had a low tire.
AIM staff to my recuse again. Putting air in my tire so I was good to go.
I am so happy and impressed with the Aim family. I was not known to this location.
I am just some Guy asking for help and favors. Every time I asked for help the Indy staff stepped up.
I am proud to say that Aim National Lease is our partner.
