Advised to call location by customer service due to mismanaged reservation by another location. Called over 10 times from 3pm-6pm and not a single person answered. Cancelled my initial reservation online and went with Payless Rentals.

Karlisa Is unprofessional, rude, customer service was terrible. If you need a rental do not I repeat do not come to this location. First and last time hertz will get my business. I’m only giving one star because that was the o key option to post this. I wouldn’t have given any stars. 0 stars.

Very slow service. The Hertz representative calls to cancel the reservation on the day of reservation. Then called back again to tell the reservation is still active. The car was also not cleaned, and the representative was extremely slow to process the reservation.
