I can't really review them as a customer, but I will review them as someone who was trying to adopt an animal. The reason they are getting two stars is because I jumped through the hoops that they want everyone to jump through which is fill out an application. Online it says that they will contact you within 3 to 5 days. Spent easily an hour or so putting thought into my answers and filling out the application. I even called them and left a voicemail the next day so they knew I was interested. I never received an email or phone call. Even if they didn't like the application, which I highly doubt, they should at least let people know something considering they spent their time and energy filling out the application that was asked to be done. They must not really care to find these pets homes because I am highly stable and definitely able to give a kitten a loving home. They may act and say that they are busy, but if I can get ahold of someone at the humane shelter who I'm sure is way more slammed than they are, then they could at least find the time to be considerate. They should follow through and do what they say they're going to do. Not just post that they're going to reply and never contact people back. Obviously, I'm no longer interested and found a kitten who needed a loving home from a shelter. Also, I didn't have to jump through half the hoops.

I had a great experience here. It was an easy process. But that doesn't mean, they aren't responsible. They called all of my references and did their work to make sure my kitten was a good fit. They also made sure that I was fully prepared and updated on what shots my kitten still neededhey gave me a written reminder on what was needed and when. When leaving, I accidently left without grabbing a medication for my kitten and they offered to bring it to me, since we were going to be in the same area. I would look forward to doing business with them again.

I've been to numerous animal shelters looking for a fur friend. Heaven After Hell was my last choice. Went there to look at a kitten. She was cute, but just didn't get excited. Then, I saw three cats in a separate room. It was instant. She has the prettiest eyes. Now, she is in her forever home with me.Amanda was thorough in discussing all her shots, etc. Let me borrow a carrier to get her home.

This is our second time adopting a cat! & I can’t say enough good things. Amanda went above & beyond for us this time around & im so grateful for them!! We’re so in love with our girl & so are her brothers! Thank you guys for everything :)

We had our pictures taken. $30 it would have been nice if they let us know on Facebook we had to print out our own pictures! Took good pictures just wish she didn't take pictures of my feet. Very Nice People!!

We have adopted three animals from this shelter. Two cats and one dog. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this facility is. They take great lengths to learn their resident animals personalities and ensure that their prospective families are the best fit. They go above and beyond to care for the animals in their care. The volunteers work hard to make sure each animal feels loved and safe so they can move on to their new forever homes. So grateful for my pack and the work that this rescue does. Strongly recommend adopting from and or donating to this rescue. They really are a safe haven and do so much with what they have.

Happy with the overall experience. We left with a kitten and are currently working on integrating her into our home. My hats off to the fine ladies who helped us and volunteer their time everyday to help distressed and displaced animals. Keep up the great work!On a side note, it's really difficult to tell where we were suppose to go upon arrival. The first time we drove by, we thought there was a Google Map issue. A sign would really help in directing families to the entrance of the building.

I took my dog to the vet and was told she jad lepto and had to be put down. We paid to have her cremated. So imagine my suprise when i looked. On this page and seen my dog. My dogs picture is still on here. The vet was the west michigan st animal hospital. Just off holt. I went to ask the vet. I didnt expect him to say you cant prove it. They took a family member away just to con me out of money. This is not over.

We've adopted 2 animals from Heaven after Hell and they are now very loved members of our family! They do a great job with all animals in their care and are very helpful and supportive during the adoption process. Wouldn't hesitate to adopt from them again!

Love this place and the good they do for the animals. This is were my beautiful girl came from. I don't know what she went through before she got there but I'm sure glad we found each other!
