The only time I have experienced frustration is with the phone tag between doctors office to the insurance company to change my family doctor. Besides that they were very helpful with all my medical issues so far when I have had emergencies and needed surgery. I am appreciative that they notify me of changes in writing as well as answering questions about the changes. This is the first insurance I've had as an adult on my own, and I have a great experience.”
