Oh, the manager of the store is a man of about 60 years old, he is racist with Latinos, he never gives good information and he doesn't give guarantees to anyone, that's a lot of trouble for a guarantee, the store has and offers guarantees for all its products, the supplies are good but bad, attention and latinos buy a lot
