I have stayed at this location a total of over three weeks in total this year due to family deaths. The first time was okay for the most part, minus a person at the front desk asking us to go up and down to check multiple key cards to find out what we had told them was wrong in the first place, to door itself was dead and needed to be recharged. To which we had to wait 20 min to get back into our room, mind you this was after breakfast and we didn’t even have our wallets.Second time was for a two week stay, we had our two dogs and for the most part that stay went okay, we didn’t spend much time there. Staff at this point was very nice, enjoyed our dogs and recognized us.This third time was enough to make us NEVER come back. The two OLDER ( and I say that because when they just asked for my ID to buy a night cap and i didn’t have it on me, they said “it’s not because you look young, we just have to”) woman who work the front desk are rude, slow, and don’t do their jobs. Sticky floor that they tried to clean up with dry Kleenex, sighed at my grieving partner when he asked them to grab him something, and all around just DUMB. Consistently blamed the rest of the staff for things not being done that seemed to be their job???This is the only bad review I have ever left online, I try to always leave positive responses, but this place needs to figure out it’s staff problem. I have worked customer service my entire life and I know how hard and annoying people can be, but to get consistent terrible service when we have paid thousands of dollars to this place is insane. Needless to say, we won’t be coming back even though the location is perfect.Rooms are always clean and they allow dogs, great if you don’t want to be treated with respect.

My weekend stay was very disturbing and uncomfortable. I didn’t feel safe after catching few foreign men in the pool area recording my children and another family that was not there with us. Supervisor was unable to do anything, Police were called to make reports and I asked multiple times for a room change due to the guys being on the same floor as me and my children and that was unable to be accommodated as well. Staff was very understanding on listening about our issues, but nothing was resolved. I feel the least that could have been done was change our room me and my children was very uncomfortable the whole weekend.

I enjoy staying here, except I forgot my comb. The sign in the room says relax and complimentary. They charged me 3 dollars.

Extremely clean and up to date. Quiet even though there's a free way outside. Beautiful hotel. Best prices in the area for a king suite. Great coffee in the lobby. 20+ places to eat less than a mile away.Rooms: Rooms are spotless and wide open. Showers are large with high pressure. Rooms are extremely quiet even through it's next to a freeway.Safety: Located in a safe area. Didn't see drunks, homeless, or people snorting lines in public like other areas we went through.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn started off as a nice family vacation that soon turned south. 2 days before we were all supposed to leave, we had a medical emergency that required an extended stay. The staff at the Hampton Inn, especially Ms. Danielle Cole, worked with my family to continue to have arrangements and rooms for us as we scrambled to extend our hotel stay. Even though there was a busy baseball weekend, they were able to find accommodations and checked in with us often to make sure we had everything we needed. They made us feel comfortable and took one less thing off our plate to worry about. We cannot thank the staff enough!

Great room! They gave me a handicapped room because of my lengthy stay. The front desk clerks were pleasant and the room was always clean as requested.

My stay was great. The staff always had a smile, great attitudes, and were communicable and full of info (day and evening). The Inn was spotless and quiet. Breakfast was simple/easy, but tasty. My only poke would be an on site restaurant.

I just can't justify paying the downtown prices just for a place to lay my head and get a decent breakfast. When I'm in the Indy area I don't mind driving 20 minutes or so to get to my downtown destinations. This Hampton appeared like it was new. Easy to get to. Quiet suburban area. Close to so many food and shopping choices nearby. Front desk staff was on point.

The location was great and easy to get to Keystone Mall and restaurants. The hotel and rooms were nice and clean. The hot breakfast was great to have instead of a typical cereal breakfast at other hotels. The pool was nice, the water was a little cool for my liking but it didn't bother my kiddos at all. I do wish there would have been a hot tub. Otherwise, the overall stay was great and we will definitely return!

In our final evening, three separate groups of soccer families had gathered in the lounge. Late in the evening, without approaching us or any conversation of any kind, the night manager CALLED THE POLICE to have us removed from the lounge. We bring 20 families to tournaments each year to Indy. Never again will any of them set foot in a Hampton.in response: even if that were actually true, that someone came to our specific group and asked us to leave, we would have. Calling the police showed a lack of respect, maturity and any people skills of any kind. And for the record, we had an off duty police officer with us. In my humble opinion, your night crew is ill equipped.
