I own a pair of handmade custom work boots. I’ve had lots of foot problems and these boots were life changing for me. I recently needed the first repairs to be made on them and I chose Gino’s. I am so thankful for Gino! He is a consummate professional, VERY personable and easy to talk to, and in my opinion he is cut from the cloth of the classic cobbler. Gino told me my boots would be ready in one week and they were! Not only that but I had expected to pay about 50% more than what I did. I got tired of buying cheap goods repeatedly every year or two so I saved up my money and spent $700 on these work boots. I also own a pair of calfskin brogues from England and I can’t wait to wear the soles down so I can bring them to Gino!

Gino did a full resole on my Allen Edmonds as well as a repair to the back of a work boot that my dog decided was her chew toy.His work was excellent, his pricing fair, and the repairs were completed on time. He also did an excellent job of setting clear expectations up front, such as in the case of my work boot, where he was not able to match the color perfectly. This didn't bother me at all, as I consider the boots tools and don't care what they look like as long as they are functional, but I definitely appreciated his clear communication.

Amazing!!! As others have said, I will never go any where else! I took a pair of Italian sandals and a pair of Cole Hahn boots to Gino and he made them both look brand new! The repairs were expensive but I knew that going in. He was honest and upfront with all the costs involved and took great care to explain exactly what he would do, even showing me the materials he would use. Both jobs were tricky for different reasons. IMO Gino is a true craftsman, an honest business man that takes pride in his work and wants his customers to be truly happy.

This place is awesome. Gino takes care of me every time I go in there and does an amazing job. My family has had shoes repaired, He's resoled a pair of cowboy boots for me, and a few other things that needed done. He also sells saphir wax, And it's the only local place I found it. If you need anything shoe/boot related done, don't hesitate to come here!

I will never go to another shoe repair place again. I took a pair of Chanel flats into Gino that had been destroyed by another repair place and sitting in my closet for years. He completely restored them! They look practically brand new and I've worn them twice since getting them back a week ago. Gino was so helpful and thoughtful when I took my shoes in and gave me options on leather dye and soles etc. I truly appreciate how much work he put into helping these shoes back to life. We also took in my husbands Frye boots and Gino shined and repaired them to nearly new condition as well. Needless to say we will be going back to Gino and would highly recommend!!
