“Everything you need in a small gym. I first came to Taylor made looking for an experienced personal trainer that would take me to the next level. Boy did I get more than I bargained for. The gym offered me so much support. Having personal training in the past. The gyms itself wasn’t as supportive. I would get the training but not the gym. Either the gym wasn’t equipped with the machines for personal use after training or the gym itself was not convenient to my location. So after the personal training, I was left to search for another place to workout. Conveniently located downtown, this gym was everything that I needed. “The instructors are fantastic. In a class of 20+ people, the instructor is there to catch your wrists when you’re failing on your last rep of chest press; that shows they are paying attention. I’ve been in the morning and at noon for the resistance days and had the same experience with different instructors. On top of that, the resistance workouts can be as intense as you want them to be. If you want to lift heavy and push yourself, the instructors will see that and push you too.”

No, i'm not rocking a 6 pack, but I am healthier, thinner, fitter, stronger, a faster runner, and have better cholesterol and blood sugar control.5 years ago I hated running. I was slow, fat, and jiggly when I ran. The coaches didn't pressure me to run. They encouraged me to power walk, and have that built into their treadmill routines. After 3-4 months, I started to run, even just because I could. Now I'm running <8 minute miles, I can run for 12 minutes without stopping. Muscles are appearing where they haven't before. pants are fitting better or even looser. I fit in my shirts and pants better.Scheduling classes in advance really has worked for me. I feel social pressure to actually come to the gym. I can't back out at the last second. It's like an appointment I'm committed to keep. I know the coaches and they know me. I get encouragement and positive reinforcement from them.Could the same structure and curriculum be had for a lower monthly cost at a different gym chain? Maybe. If I regularly signed up for classes at LA fitness or Lifetime, I might be just as consistent. But I feel like OTF has a better focus on "whole body" vs a spin or zumba class. And thankfully I'm in a position where I can afford the extra cost.”

I am 65 years old and came to the club to improve my upper body strength and range of motion. I have been working with the coaches at AF since I have joined. I am very happy with the results. They are very knowledgeable and understand my arthritis limitations. Plus, they are GREAT people and fun to be around. I feel challenged each week and leave happier then when I walked in.

But what made a much bigger impression on me is the service here. I was in town for a long weekend during gencon and had trouble with my account and app to get inside the gym. Cavin a manager and trainer there let me in, set me up with a card to enter the building and even when my app didn't work to let me in he dropped off a key fob at my hotel for me. This is above and beyond normal customer service, this just goes to show how well managed and thoughtful they are at this location. They really do care about those that use their facility. I am so grateful for his help while i was in town. Even after my trip Cavin is still helping me get my account fixed with corporate. If you're in town and need a gym i highly recommend this anytime fitness location! ? Also ask about personal training options while you're there! Thank you for a truly great experience ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️”

I was just trying out all the new spots in town, but my experience at ETF made me stay and stick with my membership. First off it's 24 hrs, which is awesome if you have a wonky work schedule or don't want to feel pressured to go to a packed class at 5:30pm. The space is great and the equipment is all up to date and clean. I also find there is a great balance between a group setting and working out alone since there are coach led classes and virtual in studio classes. You can show up to a class, become a regular, and make friends or you can go at less popular times like 8pm on a Saturday night in July and workout with just a few people. Very welcoming and it seems to hit all workout levels. The heart rate monitors are also able to connect to separate app and I use mine with my peloton. Definitely recommend going to at least a few classes! It usually only takes one though.”
“Edge is easily the best exercise program I’ve been apart of. It’s truly been an amazing experience. They were the most supportive group of trainers and members. Super knowledgeable. Not only are you working on making lifestyle changes and getting in shape, but you’re getting education on proper form, breathing, techniques etc and they meet you where you are so don’t I never felt intimidated. Starting w/the 30 day transformation class was really helpful and allowed me to be more confident when I transitioned to regular group classes the following month. I only stopped going because I moved out of state.”

Both coaches are extremely knowledgeable, they are always looking for ways to evolve and are always so supportive of your journey. You have Coach Eli that seems strict, but always looks in the best interest of every client he has, you have Coach Jenny the sweetest, but most disciplined person I have ever met. There are so many options out there, however this gym has it all. They are so diligent with the nutrition and their exercise regimen. Will they push you? Yes.. but only for you to discover your true potential. Great prices and excellent atmosphere!”
“I joined Planet Fitness after years of frustration with another local gym being too busy to even find parking, let alone the equipment ! I have LOVED Planet Fitness! The front desk staff are super friendly and I appreciate them setting the tone from the moment I walk in.
Even on a busy day, there is enough cardio equipment I never have to wait for my favorite elliptical machine and I LOVE that.
There is an awesome 30 minute circuit area for strength training as well as a full room of weights. There are PLENTY of disinfectant stations for cleaning off the machines and I love that. I have used the cryotherapy massage chairs as well as the hydrochairs after the workout and they are AMAZING! This is definitely a judgement free gym, free of grunting and throwing down of weights. I usually run into friends at this location and I enjoy that very much. My teens love the free summer membership and I appreciate that being offered. Run, don't walk, and sign up today ! The only thing you have to lose is WEIGHT!!!!”

It was low impact, but definitely a full-body workout. They play fun, upbeat music, too. I’ll definitely be back, it was just what I needed!”
