We have had a wonderful experience with Cherry Creek Mortgage and getting a loan to by our first home! Our lender, Richard Breedon, was amazing! He takes the time to explain every step and process which gave us confidence in our decisions while house hunting and choosing our home. He also always made himself available to us. In this crazy sellers market we had to make decisions fast and knowing we would always get a timely response if we needed him was so important! He’s very knowledgeable and great at was he does. My situation was a little unique, and took a little more time than an average Mortgage because of it, but Richard Breedon continued to work on it and kept me updated with the progress and saw it through to completion.
