Requested style: Texture crown to make the most of what I have
Hair type: Thin, fine,grey pixie cut
Stylist: I requested Riley cut my hair. I have grey very fine thinning hair and he seems to make the most of what I imagine must be a difficult task. I request him each and every time. Wonderful job

Unfortunately can't recommend this great clips. Had a not so good hair cut here (didnt even shave back of neck); and thought the stylist told me I had 30 days to come back in if I didnt like it. But when I went back 9 days later, was told it's a 7 day policy. (they could write that on the receipt).

Come in try get hair for work lady and few kids walk in frist lady say can't cut ur hair about time they get done with the family we be close... There only two people cut hair I will call headquarters and owner of property

Clean environment but stylist was out of it & I had to direct him to cut my hair. Left highly disappointed because I didn’t get the service I wanted or result I expected.

Fabulous place these beautiful women did a great job fixing my hair, ladies the lung cancer is gone , it's been 20 months since it's gone. Woo-hoo happy dance.

I am so impressed with the haircut I got! Bear was an amazing stylist, I called last minute after I personally cut my hair and it was super uneven. I’ve been to a few higher end hair salons and have never been so happy with the recommendations she gave. Will be back!

Kelly just gave me the BEST haircut I’ve ever received. Came in for the first time with a picture and she nailed it. Also sold me on a new product that I’ll come back for. Used a bit of her own creative image.

Had my first visit to the Broad Ripple Great Clips this week. Hair cut too short, but growing will solve that problem. Left side at the part was cut unevenly. My sideburns were completely cut off without asking me. Not a place that I’ll go back to.

● THE RUDEST EMPLOYEE I'VE EVER HAD CONTACT AT THIS LOCATIONApp wasn't working for me so I walked over and upon walking in she shouts"We're not taking anymore walk ins today."I explained the app wasn't working for me today and would she squeeze in a simple buzz cut.After about a minute of awkward silence of her/him starring at the computer screen, I said, " I'll take that as a no!" And walked out NEVER TO DO BUSINESS WITH GREAT CLIPS AND I WILL SHARE THIS WITH EVERYONE. ?

There are some people who do a great job here, but there's always have the occasional stylist that gives you a rushed cut with random tufts of hair remaining. I'm also not sure when sideburn removal became standard.
