Great meet-n-greet! Staff was very welcoming. Both pups were nervous but by the end of the time they were playing! I credit the staff for that!

Caring and cooperative attitudes on part of employees are much appreciated. Activities for “guests” are great! Our dogs consider it a treat to visit.

Love the workers at the front desk. They recognize my dog and are always so sweet. I do want to say that when I board my dog she is over fed. I always pack at least 1 full day of extra food just in case I'm late in returning. And it is always eaten even though my dog does not stay for unplanned days. Overfeeding can make a dog ill.

We personally have had a great experience over the last few years! Both of our dogs have been going to Jamie for grooming and they seem to do very well with her! Milo is very anxious sometimes and Simba likes to pee everywhere when he arrives, they tolerate it all with so much grace, lol! :) Every employee we have encountered has been very kind and they are always accommodating. We will continue to return to Grand Canine Hotel.

My golden retriever loves going to day care at Grand Canine. They have activities and games, playing in water, and the attendants are loving and caring dog people. Also have the best groomer around. Can't recommend more.

The staff is awesome and have been so helpful. Our Aussie/broader collie has separation anxiety and this is the one place that he actually enjoys going to. It’s a 25 min drive from our house so not the closest but definitely worth it.

I have two pups that LOVE coming to the Grand Canine Hotel! I've used both daycare and boarding services as well as bath and nail trim services. They do a great job and you can tell they really care about your doggos!

Our dog Harrison had a great time at the grand canine hotel while we’re on vacation. He got to play with his buddies, run around, get snuggles and eat really well. We got updates every day. He came home a happy, happy guy.

I LOVE bringing my dog to Grand Canine. The place, the people, the care is outstanding. I never worry about my boy when he is in their care. I am so grateful that I have them to leave my baby with. I recommend GCH all the time.
