Redoing my second property with Grand Appliance. Would not think of going to a big box store. Only sell you what you need. Not pushy with extended warranties. Class act here and prices as good as anywhere. Efficient delivery and setup. Bruce was awesome as before. First in class professional.

Was scheduled for appliance delivery on Thursday between 1-4 driver never showed up talked to storefound out what the problem was.after getting it resolved scheduled due for delivery the next day.delivered and installed.not happy with the way delivery schedule was handled at all we will never frequent Grand appliances again.

Perfect!! We worked with Bruce on the phone to order. He explained features and differences in several models of washers and dryers. We placed our order sight unseen over the phone. They were delivered a couple days later at the appointed time with no problems. We'll be back!

My husband and I were greeted when we walked in. Our salesperson Bruce Ramsey was very knowledgeable about the product we were looking for. Shopping at Grand was a great experience and we will be Shopping there again!!

I typically only give reviews if they’re good and RARELY give bad ones because I know there can be extenuating circumstances. If I could give zero reviews, I would. First, we went with a local company because we thought the delivery and communication would be easier. And also to support a local business over a Best Buy or Home Depot.We purchased a fridge for my grandma. She has dementia so my mom specifically asked the salesman to contact us before they arrived so someone would be there to help her. They did not, so my mom had to rush over. They got in to unplug the old fridge and tracked mud and dirt EVERYWHERE throughout the house. My grandma was very upset and flustered. Once they were ready to bring the new fridge inside, we noticed several dents on it. Obviously, we said they need to bring a new one without dents. Once they returned 2 days later, they brought the new fridge, we again asked them to let us know when they were on their way because of my grandmother’s dementia and once again, they did not. So schedules were thrown off and we had to rush to the house again.When we ordered the fridge for my grandmothers house, we also ordered a fridge for our basement. After it was delivered, the delivery man came upstairs and said “all you have to is plug it in”. We went downstairs and the fridge was feet away from the wall with the cord that needs to be plugged in wrapped UNDERNEATH the fridge. How are we supposed to lift the fridge to be able to plug it in?So we are going to have to call someone else to fix that because we cannot do it and grand appliances will never EVER get another cent from us. So much for supporting local. Next time, we’ll be purchasing from Menards, Home Depot, or Lowe’s.

The refrigerator that I bought from grand appliance had to have the door changed for the way it opened. They deliver the refrigerator on time and switched out the door. When you open the door, it makes a clicking sound as if parts are going to break. The delivery drivers did not check that nor did they level the refrigerator before they left. I called the store to have the delivery driver return and fix the door and level it. When the delivery driver came back an hour later, he said that’s just the way it is these refrigerators when you switch the doors will make a clicking sound when the door opens it is a hit or miss thing. I said it sounds like it’s going to break. He said you’re just going to have to live with it. That’s the way it is. I then called the store where I purchased the refrigerator. My sales man was not there and I talk to the store manager who actually talk to the delivery driver they talked for a while and basically said that’s the way it is they are setting me up for , a return and a new delivery but that is going to be next week. In the meantime, I don’t have a refrigerator. The sales manager said oh you can use the refrigerator which I’m afraid to do because every time you open the door it sounds like pieces are breaking. I do not want to be responsible for damage to the refrigerator . I spent a lot of money on this refrigerator only to get this type of customer service. The store manager seem to put out by my call the delivery driver was not concerned at all, and never did level the refrigerator. This is the poorest customer service I have ever received from any company. Them.

Bruce was amazing at helping us make our decision. We went Grand first then to several other places looking. Definitely Grand was the best and we came back and closed the deal! Thanks Bruce for taking the time with us to help ensure we got exactly what we wanted!! So excited to get our gas range, microwave and refrigerator!

My experience was great from start to finish. Kurt, the salesperson I worked with, was quick and informative. Mark, our delivery guy, was quick, professional, and personal. I won’t buy appliances from anywhere else because Grand Appliance is SO much better. 500 stars!

We went to Grand Appliance based on a friend’s recommendation, and we were not disappointed. Bruce, the manager, helped us with the washer we had selected. He offered alternatives, but never pushed anything on us or gave us the hard sell. Delivery and installation a couple of days later went off without a hitch. A great experience and we definitely will be back.

Grand Appliance is not the place you want to do business with. My elderly mom bought a washer from them and paid $1100 dollars and this place sent her one that didn't work. Then they gave her a huge deal ABOUT SENDING A REPAIR PERSON ON A BRAND NEW WASHER....THEN A BIGGER DEAL about picking it back up and still haven't returned her money.. They keep saying they sent a check when she paid by credit card. ALSO THEY WANT TO CHARGE HER FOR PICKING IT UP...Do not buy Appliance here...
