They had the speed Queen dryers we were looking for. Ron, the sales associate was very knowledgeable about the dryer. He also had us in and out in no time. And, we were able to get delivery in just 3 days!! Also, the delivery guys/installers were excellent as well. Thanks Grand Appliance!

This is the 3rd item we have purchased from Grand Appliance. The customer service is always excellent! Warren is very knowledgeable and not a pushy salesman. We have referred several people. The selection rangange from microwaves, dishwashers, washers, and dryers, ovens and stove tops. Perfect alternative now that HHGregg is out of business.

I'm in urgent need of a refrigerator. I stopped by this store because I had heard good things. I was never greeted, walked down every aisle, spent time looking at several refrigerators, made eye contact with two different employees, and still couldn't get a greeting. No one apologized that they might be multitasking or set expectations about how long I would wait. There was plenty of staff there.
I left and will not be back.
