Absolutely the worst daycare I've ever sent my kids to. I had a bad feeling when I toured the school but it was the only location near me with availability. The director Michelle is a grown bully and nasty personality and should not be working any job dealing with kids. The way she would address parents and kids was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Everyday my kids would come home telling me their teachers are mean and cried because they didn't want to go to daycare, which was shocking because they've always loved going to daycare. The way the 1-2 year old teacher talks to kids is disgusting I walked in on her yelling at my 2 year old daughter for needing help putting on her shoes and she switched her tone ASAP, imagine how's she's treating kids on a daily. I did not care for the 3 year old teacher either. My son is on the spectrum and I didn't feel like they were patient enough with him. They missed his bus for development preschool on multiple occasions, claimed the bus drivers lied, and would call me and ask if I could take him instead because "the daycare is not a good fit for him". When I let them know how I felt they got upset and said the kids couldn't attend until I talked to the director who was never there. These are just a few of the issues I experienced here. After everything my kids will never attend another kindercare I am disappointed because I always though kindercare was the pinnacle of daycares. Im very happy my kids no longer attend this daycare and they are much happier as well.

This center is wonderful. Every single member of the staff genuinely cares for the kids. Very nice and professional and a great team to trust with your children.

They had a recent Covid-19 case after Thanksgiving and they did not contact parents. They waited until we arrived and informed us that they were going to be closed for 3 days due to needing a "Covid cleanse". When I spoke with the director Michelle to ask questions, she said she could assure me that my children were not in close proximity of the person affected nor could she tell me what age group of children it was around or if it was staff. My children have not returned and will not. They also add fees every quarter for parents and inform us only when we have to sign a form saying we will agree to pay the additional. Rhonda the assistant director has been very unprofessional as well and has had my daughter call me from the facility to notify me of her younger brother having an accident. I would recommend a different childcare due to their lack of professionalism. They have left 1 lady to attend to every age group by herself while the other staff left for lunches together which is against ratio standards due to them being involved in the quality paths programs by the state of Indiana. Michelle is always gone on vacation and leaving staff to do what they want. They also do not follow requirements of wearing face masks for all staff hence why there has been a case of Covid. Protect your children and keep them somewhere safer especially during this pandemic.

Other than possibly needing just a little more staff that's as good safe and reliable as the teacher's that are currently there in order to keep a even better watch on the children, so that there's even less incidents between the kids, because children will be children! This center is one of the better and reliable places to have your children. I like them alot ?

I am very particular about the care of my children. I have six and my youngest attended from the time she was 3 months old until she was 2 and we moved to Florida. The entire building is clean and the classrooms are great for the children to prepare them for school. Each day one is able to see teachers sitting with the children on the floor reading, telling stories or engaging in the teaching process at the childrens' desks. The director and teachers are very, very patient and loving with the children and respectful of the parents. The children are active every day, which was of major importance for our family. There is an outdoor playground that is very secure and suited to the needs of all ages of the children. The food is prepared fresh and in a very sanitary manner; it is always very healthy (and always smells so good ?). The center promotes family involvement with parties, family days and several events. The kids even have picture day. I am not related to any person at the center but they have always treated us as family. It was so much more difficult than I thought it would be leaving the center once we moved. There were so many tears. I try to stay in contact with the director, assistant director, and a few of the teachers ; sending the short videos of the baby as she grows since they created a bond with her.I am very difficult at times as a parent ? and when I had only one tiny complaint it was dealt with and rectified immediately. This may not be of any importance to some parents, but the center of also racially and ethnically diverse as far as the children and staff alike. This is very important so that our baby is in a surrounding that mirrors our household.Ultimately, I would recommend this center to any family. You will have peace of mind while you are working, knowing your children are well cared for.

They don't call you and inform you if your child is hurt. My daughter still goes here and she got hurt for the 3rd time in 2 weeks time frame. This most recent time was that a kid bit her I got two different stories from 2 different women that work there about what happened to my daughter. Over all they do great with the child's learning and my daughter has learned a lot from the daycare but they need more workers and they need to keep a better watch on the children.
