Took way too long to get 2 copiers for 2 of my offices. Tried to get loaners and that took months as well, we finally got a loaner after a month and there was no fax option. Communication could have been better from the rep but this caused a huge hindrance in our operations for 2 offices. I had to keep emailing and calling just to check on status. We finally got an installation date but that wasn't consistent with the rep's timeline. It just wasn't a great experience, not happy.

We have 4 copiers with Gordon Flesch in three different locations. The transition from our old company to them went well. My rep, Heather Bolton, is amazing! She was there through the whole process answering all my questions and making sure the transition went smooth. The ordering of supplies is made easy by using their online portal. Anytime we have a service they are here same day! Love this company!
