I called to download our office printer driver to my laptop. The technician was from out of the country and using an internet line with horrible connection. I heard more air then his voice. He tried giving me a 6 digit code and all I kept hearing was 8 air air air 1 and then repeated the same. Come on GFC get your customer service act together.

St Paul has endured a very disappointing experience switching our contract over from Toshiba. The Canon copier is fine however the execution of removing the old Toshiba and the placement of the Canon was very messy and very unprofessional. If we could do the whole process over again we would not decide on Gordon Flesch.

Took way too long to get 2 copiers for 2 of my offices. Tried to get loaners and that took months as well, we finally got a loaner after a month and there was no fax option. Communication could have been better from the rep but this caused a huge hindrance in our operations for 2 offices. I had to keep emailing and calling just to check on status. We finally got an installation date but that wasn't consistent with the rep's timeline. It just wasn't a great experience, not happy.
