5/29/24 khushi the girl at register was checking me out. She had a phone in her ear and was engaging in conversation while checking me out. I asked her a few times if she was on the phone. She shook her head yes. And I replied while checking me out. She held her finger up said hold on. I said do you want me to wait till you get off the phone. She rang me up took my number for discount and asked if I wanted to round up. My reply. Really you couldn’t even talk to me while ringing me up for your phone in your ear no I don’t want to round up. When I got home she didn’t give me my discount either. So busy talking on the phone. Manager aware. This store used to be my favorite. Free working there and seeing how things were and seeing how they are now. I will never go back in that store. It’s a circus

Your sales person Sharlaya was very unpleasant-1 she was complaining about being sick and how someone else had left warly so she couldn't to another employee a male who just talked bad about management2 complaining she always gets stuck on register when she's supposed to be on break ?3 bagging slow and breathing heavy with annoyance that she is sooo ill and doesn't want to be here4 try helping g and she gets rude with me saying please don't that's why we are all sick In this store and proceeds to lather germ X in front of me and all over my merchandise and bags5 if you have such a disgruntled employeee maybe you should consider parting ways so uncomfortable and very unpleasant experience

This isn’t about this specific goodwill, but goodwill seriously needs to lower its prices. $20 for a picture that looked like it came from hobby lobby and was probably sold for less brand new. Goodwill receives everything for free and is charging way too high

They are theives at this location. I wasn't given my $30 change and when I went back in they lied and said their register wasn't over. I've contacted corporate, hopefully they aren't shady and will make this right!!!
I don't recommend this location.

The prices at this goodwill are way cheaper than at our local stores in Bloomington. I will be traveling up here from now on.
