Purchased a few of my favorite pieces of jewelry to this day and a pair of Good American jeans here- unfortunately the jeans ripped down the seam after only being worn twice so I reached to to Good Neighbor and they made it right :) Excellent customer service, quality items and brands I love. I visit here every time I come to Indy!

Friendly staff and excellent selection. I had to return two pairs of jeans (both gifts, purchased in slightly the wrong size) and was able to exchange them easily without any issues. I'll definitely be back!

Such a cute and high quality store! It's a great spot to buy a gift for men or women. They have all types of clothing, accessories, shoes, and jewelry! Plus the feature locally made items too! I bought a scarf from here and it is not only so pretty, but also incredibly soft! Also, all the staff are so friendly and helpful! If you need someone to help you out together an outfit, they've got you covered!

My wife and I visited this store because we value ethically made clothing and our family recommended this store to us when we were in town visiting from Michigan. We bought several items and had a pleasant first experience.However, after two wears and two washes, there was a weak spot in the fabric, and the t-shirt appeared bleached. We do not own bleach and use all natural cleaning products so it was no fault of the detergent or washing machine.We reached out to Rhythm and they were helpful and told us to we had to take care of it through Good Neighbor. The next time we were in the state we took it to Good Neighbor.Prior to visiting in person, we called Good Neighbor multiple times leaving messages but were never responded to. We called just outside outside of the 30 day return policy window but never heard back.This week we made it back down to Good Neighbor because we are from out of state. We spoke to an employee about the issue with the t-shirt and our receipt. The manager would not come out and speak with us saying there was nothing they could do.We visited the store hoping to do an exchange or get store credit and also to spend additional money for my husband's wardrobe as we are moving and wanted to give them business. However, we left and did not buy anything else due to our unprofessional experience. We are saddened and disappointed because we spent a lot of money on a faulty product, did not receive any help when we called, and were met with an unprofessional Good Neighbor management team.We would love to have the chance to make this right, but at this point we would not go back.

Good Neighbor is a great little boutique in the Bottleworks Hotel building. Their motto is "good clothes make good neighbors." It's pretty trendy and carries both women and mens clothing. It you want something you won't see everywhere else give it a try.

I feel like a total fan girl for this store! From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left, I loved my experience. I was pleasantly surprised that when I walked in, they had a cute display of gifts, perfumes and trinkets that were perfect for the coming holiday season. The clothing choices were great. I wanted to try on a pair of Good American jeans and haven't really been able to find them around the Indy area until here. The woman working the store was so delightful to talk to and answered all my questions. There were shoes, jewelry and accesories available for both genders. I ended up buying a shirt, and will be back ASAP.

Really cute store with sustainable fashion. I saw several signs that some of their brands are B Corporations (which is not easy to get for tax purposes).

Cool store to check out. Very friendly staff (5 stars in that area). I feel like prices are a tad high (that might be the cost of supporting local, though). Would definitely come back. I was surprised to see the very nice selection of house plants they have.

I love this place so much! The staff is so nice and they make conversation and truly make you feel at home. The store carries plus size which is very important to me and it also has A wide array of clothing and styles. I always make sure to stop by just in case they have something new in stock! It's very clean inside and has a beautiful aesthetic. Pricewise I think it is on par with most boutiques in the area and the quality of clothing is worth the price!
