I would like to thank your technician, Cory, he was able to make adjustments to my fireplace and get it in good working order. I thought my fireplace could not be repaired and was going to need to be replaced .Also gave me some additional information that I was not aware of in relationship to my fireplace that I have had for years. I highly recommend Godby Hearth and Home.

Cory was great! He went above and beyond to explain the workings of our fireplace. Very, very patient in answering my questions. Professional, friendly, and clean. He even offered, and I happily accepted, to spray paint the inside of the fireplace black, which gives it a more finished look. In the event that we would need to have our fireplace serviced again, I would not hesitate to ask for him. Thanks, Cory!

Purchased an Eiklor Flames gas log set from Godby Hearth and Home, and it was installed today by Corey. It looks amazing!Installation was quick. He explained and taught me how to turn it on/off and how to light the pilot. Very easy to do. The logs look so real, and the heat it puts out is so nice! I’m very happy with our purchase.

Corey was the technician who came to my home to repair my gas fireplace. He arrived early (called to make sure it was ok) and he finished the job quickly. When I complained about the wall switch that turns it on, he asked if I wanted a remote to use instead. AWESOME suggestion. He put that in under 5 minutes and it works like a charm. He went above and beyond to clean my fireplace up and make it look better without even being asked. And, he offered me several tips and tricks to increase my fireplace enjoyment.
