I'm out of state and ordered flowers for someone in Indianapolis. They were delivered in less than 24 hours after placing my order. I called to verify where they were delivering them, and the employee said they've been there many times. They also emailed me when the order was delivered. Wonderful service. Only downside is it was super expensive, but based on prices around town, they are comparative.

I arrived around 1pm Oct 3rd with no call ahead, but the lady there at the time was extremely helpful. I told her I had never been to a florist before and she kindly explained what she could do for me. She made me a small vase of flowers in about 15 minutes. She even made a great recommendation for a choice of card because I was definitely new to the whole buying flowers thing. She was so extremely helpful It was such a beautiful arrangement and loved by the recipient. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you!

My wedding was made absolutely perfect by the beautiful flower arrangements from Lisa! They were exactly what I wanted, and made the entire wedding so colorful and gorgeous. She will spend TIME on you and your vision! Highly recommend.

I ordered flower from their site and when my Mom received them they looked nothing like the ones I ordered. Then I tried to contact through the website and message couldn't be delivered.

I was in need of a croissant for my niece since she was going to a prom at a daycare. It was a last minute addition to her dress, so I had called this flower shop the day of the event. They were able to get me one completed before they had closed for the day. The employee called me an hour and half before they closed to let me know it was ready. My item was done really well and it looked nice. Also the price was very reasonable. When I went to pick it up the employees were very friendly and had great customer service. The shop looked really nice. If you are on the north side of town and you are looking for a florist I say to check this shop out. You will not be disappointed.

I was very impressed by this flower shop and the owner! I had a terrible experience ordering from an online company for same day delivery and really needed flowers that day. I called Gilbert toward the end of the day and they were able to make a beautiful arrangement for same day! Reasonably priced & gorgeous flowers. I will be going here for all of my flower needs from here on out! I should have done my research and ordered local in the first place. Thank you Gilbert!

The flowers I ordered were absolutely perfect. Exactly as described, delivered on time. I've had a few bad experiences with other flower shops, but I'm happy to say that Gilbert's obviously cares about what they do. These were for our 25th wedding anniversary, so they had to be right - I'm glad I found this shop. Would recommend them for any occasion.

We sent an arrangement based on a picture on their website. It looks just like the picture or better! Very sweet lady on the phone helped with this. Very pleased, they delivered them also.

I ordered 1 spray order, and I also ordered a White Cross. My bill $540. 00. It was worth every single penny! They were both gorgeous!! Thank You Lisa, & staff. I recommend this florist as 5 star.
